We had a great vacation with a lot of rest on the beach! The condo was exactly as described. It was clean and stocked with everything we needed for the week. The pool was also clean and refreshing. We definitely recommend staying there!

Perfect little beach getaway! Great location. Hosts also provided beach chairs and towels, which is always a plus! Great communication with the hosts as well.

Great location! Great place! When we got there the umbrella was broke owner sent one right away. My only complaint is pullout bed from couch was broke and no full mirror us ladies need that lol. But would go back

The room had everything you needed, from beach chairs, cooler , beach umbrella, beach towels. Full kitchen. Easy walk to the beach. Had a great time.

The accommodations were very nice and clean. The microwave was either not working or we didn't know how to use it. The TV in the bedroom had a bad picture. The pool and the beach were excellent. We'll be back next year.

Great little stay!

We stayed for just 2 nights, but it was perfect. Comfortable room, by the pool, 2-minute walk to white sand. Perfect for just a couple days to unwind.

Really enjoyed our stay.

Wonderful stay, everything was great. Short walk to beach. Very comfortable bed. Would highly recommend.

Fantastic Time

Best place to stay. Friends had told us for years how great it would be. Did not disappoint for our first trip to Florida. We met new friends and we felt like we were at home. Hope to stay again in the near future.

Fantastic vacation

Extremely easy ugly to book. Everything was fantastic. Bed was great., very comfortable. Did nit need anything. The pool was great and the walk to beach short. Would love to stay again.

Adequate accommodations for 1-2 people

The listing says it will sleep 4 but it’s really for 2 max. The location is good. Close to the beach, nice pool area. Not the most modern looking place - kind of dated, but the price was right. Host was responsive, check in/out was easy.

Best for 2 People

The location and the other renters at the property were great. My only issues were with the very noisy sofabed when in use, the living room throw rug was very dirty, and the plug in the bathroom was too high to use and I had to stand on the toilet to get to it, only to find out it didn’t work. For the most part I enjoyed my stay.

Hidden gem

My daughter and I stayed here for a few days and it was absolutely perfect!! Right next to the pool, a few seconds from the beach. Everything we needed from kitchen stuff to beach stuff was there. Super cute and clean. Easy check in, parking right out front. Lots of restaurants in walking distance. Beautiful little intercoastal park across the street. We will be staying here again. I miss it already!!

So handy to be located next to a pool, beach and across from nice restaurants like SeaBreeze. Sunsets as promised. Pool is well heated and never crowded. Walk to beach short & safe. All beach tools (chairs, mats, umbrella, toys, cooler etc are included and handy. Overall met our baseball fan needs as within 1 hour of 4 spring training stadiums!

Perfect location- highly recommend!

My 16 year old daughter and I stayed here. My husband and I had stayed in a different unit last year and we loved the location and convenience of the property. The bed was very comfortable, walk in shower great, and the flat was furnished well, but our main focus is the beach and pool, which is why this rental stands out. Steps from the pool and a 20 second walk to the beach make it perfect for what we want! There were only a few other people staying in the 20 unit buildings so it was quiet. The beach is not crowded and the water is perfect. A designated parking spot is handy and the area feels safe with plenty of things nearby- restaurant options, stores, parks, churches, etc. We very much enjoyed our stay and would rent again!

Drive up appeal, not a great feeling, building is old and looks out of place, especially from surroundings. 2 strips of buildings facing each other, with small courtyard between them. Property & pool being renovated. Our unit was at the very end by the pool. The unit is very small, so would only suggest 2 adults, as bathroom is tiny and bathroom window needs a blind as building behind can see in. The place has been renovated and was nice on inside. No ice maker in freezer, window unit in bedroom is pretty loud and cuts on pretty often, so can disrupt sleep. Biggest problem was the traffic and lights take forever to get thru. Our friends were across town taking a full hour each way. Requested to check out early, so we could move to a closer (nicer) place and owner would not agree to refund any of our nights. Would not stay in this location again unless vacationing at Indian Rocks.

This unit is in a great location but needs some work

The location of this unit is ideal--short private walkway to the beach and the pool and grounds are beautiful and truly old-time Florida atmosphere. Delicious Sea Breeze restaurant is located across the street and there is one reserved parking space for each unit. However, the unit itself needs some updating/repairs: the key code works to unlock the door but does not work to lock the door; there are 2 air conditioning units in the bedroom but the combined heating/AC unit only works on heat, not on AC; there is too much furniture in the unit, some of which had to be moved in order to allow enough space to utilize the pull out couch and even to move around in the bedroom.
