This fifth-floor beach retreat comfortably sleeps six. The main bedroom has a king bed, attached is a full-size bathroom with a tub/shower combo. The guest bedroom has a queen size bed. The guest bathroom, down the hall, includes a walk-in shower. For additional sleeping arrangements, this unit also provides a sleeper sofa in the living room. The unit includes a full-size washer and dryer for your convenience.

Great location, awesome view of the ocean and sunsets. Unit was very clean and well equipped with everything we needed without being cluttered. Very clean and comfortable. Property amenities were great - resort cafe food is delicious and convenient for breakfast or lunch on the beach. Resort Rentals staff is always accommodating and friendly - one of the main reasons we chose this unit over others.

Enjoyable Beach Trip!

Condo was clean and in a wonderful location. Two pools, beach front, cafe on premises for breakfast and lunch.John's Pass was a very short walk and there is plenty to do in the area.Everything was just as pictured.Sunset views cannot be beat!

The unit was very nice and well apportioned with everything we needed. Unfortunately the larger property is still recovering from the hurricane. Things are continuously improving, but only one elevator working and long waits. Would certainly return once the larger property has had more time to rebuild.

Perfection!

I came down for a long weekend alone not sure what to expect post hurricane. My unit was very clean, hot tubs were working and the beach was cleaned up! I loved walking to Lisa’s for brunch and John’s Pass for dinner. I will definitely be back!

The view was nice. Definitely needs a deep clean. There was dust covering the wall in the master bath coming from the vent. Which means the vents haven’t been cleaned in a long time or the furnace filter hasn’t been changed. Also several cockroaches/bugs on the counter and sink area. I moved the toaster and one ran out. Not want you wanna see

Great trip

Property was beautiful, and was in a perfect location. Room was nice, but the pictures do make the bedrooms look bigger than they were. Wouldn’t have been an issue if we didn’t have a little one sleeping on a toddler air mattress. Kitchen wasn’t as stocked as other places we have rented, but it had enough. Wonderful view of the ocean, and sunset. Unit was on their “west” side which doesn’t look over a parking lot. Great trip and would definitely stay at the resort again.

Perfect Spot

We enjoyed our stay in 501W. The grounds, amenities, beach, cafe and cabana bar exceeded my expectations. The condo was in a perfect location. I would definitely stay there again. We really enjoyed our stay.

Treasure Island

This 5 star rating on the "cleanliness of the property" only applies to the condo. Condo was clean and great view. Kitchen nice and big. Cleaning crew really nice. However, the parking garage was dirty and a bit rowdy with a bar right there and with large dumpster right at the bottom elevator- which was yucky going up and down the floors. Definitely didn't want bare feet walking around.

Great unit, fantastic property

Sunsets, depth of beach, and property (nice balcony, comfortable unit, pools, hot tub, bar, business and fitness center) made our stay lovely. Communication about fixing our master bathroom tub and sink (not draining) was not effective or efficient with the property management on site.

Last minute family vacation

We love Sunset Vistas. We have been coming here every year for the last 4-5 years. This is the first time booking this unit but it won’t be the last. Just the view alone was worth every second. Unit had everything we needed. Beach chairs and umbrellas and board games as well as puzzles for night time entertainment. We will definitely be back.

Gulf Birthday Getaway

Unit was super clean. The property was very well maintained. Location and gulf view were excellent. My only suggestion is to have a few more eating and cooking utensils, wine glasses.

Nice view and beach access

We enjoyed our stay at this property. Positives include a nice ocean view and access to the beach. Parking was covered and the assigned spot was close to the elevator and stairs. The bedrooms were pretty small with really no room for a suitcase to sit on the racks. The bedding in both rooms could use a refresh, but the beds were very comfortable. Would stay here again.

Great Property with a few issues

Overall, our stay was great. However, when we arrived we found out that the sliding door to the balcony had no locking mechanism. We were there with two young children who were able to open the door and get out to the balcony on their own. We're on the 5th floor so it was extremely dangerous. We put furniture in front of the door to make do for our stay and upon returning home, I reached out to the property management company to express my concern that this was not disclosed in the listing and their response was: "Thank you for your feedback on your stay. We wish you would have reached out to us so we could have rectified the problems while you were here. Thank you and have a great day." Based on this response and lack of acknowledgement for the danger this situation put us in, I will never book with Resort Rentals again.
