The private balcony off the living room faces southwest and will be a great place to hangout! Other amenities include free WiFi and a full size washer and dryer for your convenience.

Great place!

Great place to stay. Clean and beautifully decorated. The beds were so comfortable. Kitchen well stocked. Great view of the water.

We really enjoyed our stay! The beach was amazing. While we were there they were updating the patio area, adding furniture etc, and working on the bar, which was open. The pool was great. All of the staff working on the outside property were very helpful. There are still a lot of places closed in the area from Milton. Our room was clean and comfortable.

Comfortable!

Very comfortable bed. Condo was spotless! Pool, tiki bar lots of friendly people. Cafe was excellent for breakfast & lunch! I would recommend renting a car as the trolleys were not readily available.

Perfect vacation

Great location. I was there with my wife and my 7 yrs old son and we had great time. Nice pool (a little too hot for us) but clean and big enough for everyone to play. The condo was clean and had perfect things to cook & games to play. Amazing location for restaurant, beach & all. We will definitely come back. Thanks!

Great accommodations

Condo in excellent condition as listed. Easy access to local area even without a car. The sun coast trolley inexpensive with day group pass on Flamingo app. Right on the beach & plenty of pool area as well. Highly recommend!!!

Perfect Vacation Getaway!

The communication was superb & condo was very clean. The kitchen is fully stocked. I really don't have anything negative to say about the stay there. There is a lot to do around the area. Minute walk to the beach! Great parking. Just super pleased.

LOVED IT!

We have never been to Florida and friends were staying here so we agreed to stay. It was A GREAT place! The pictures were exactly what we got, easy and close beach access, clean pools, and clean room. Having our own assigned parking made it easy to come and go. We had a 1yr old, 12yr old, and 17yr old and we were happy with space we had. We will definitely stay here again. Lots of shopping and restaurants within walking and short driving distance.

Great family Weekend

Super cute, clean condo with all things you need for a family of 4 to feel comfortable. The location was great!! Very close to lots of good restaurants and walkable (.5 mile) to John’s pass, which has tons of shopping, fun activities and food. The pool is nice and was heated which is a must in February, hot tub was nice and warm as well. They have a bar that opens at noon very close to the pool, and also a cafe on property that has yummy food and drinks. The beach is very pretty with white sand and plenty of room to have your own area. We really enjoyed our time there and would book again.

Great east beach trip

The condo was very clean and had all the necessities like beach toys, towels and cooler. Also came with hair dryers. It’s a good location. There was a circle k across the street as well as grocery store less than 1 mile away. Pool was great. Beach access was an easy walk right out the back of the property. Plus covered parking space. Great experience.

Quick weekend getaway

407S showed up as a new listing with VRBO. My friend and his family rented on the same property just with different owners. Our room was up to date with all the amenities, furniture, light fixtures etc. There’s even board games and beach toys for the guests and their families. Beautiful beach view as well. The one thing they need to do is update the keypad code and make sure that there’s an actual parking pass in room as they tell you in the email prior to your stay. Other than that everything is great.

Great family resort

At first I was hesitant to book the room as it was a newer listing with only one review, but I’m so glad I did! The room was beautiful, spacious and very clean. The kitchen was well equipped and there was a nice ocean view. We had a small issue when we first arrived with the code to enter the room but maintenance contacted us back within a couple minutes and got us right in. There was an issue was with the small kiddie pool. My daughter is 3 and really wanted to swim in that pool. She was in there for a min and we both noticed pieces of poop all over the bottom of the pool. We obviously got right out and went to the larger pool. Other than that I have to say it was a great resort and if we are ever in the area again I would definitely stay again.

vrb-NO !! 13th birthday weekend ruined

My daughter's 13th birthday week at the beach did not go as we had hoped. We rented a 2 bedroom 2 bath condo. Check in day, the email with the lock code did not work for access. There was PM staff on site due to water damage to the carpet and base boards in the second bedroom possibly from the second bathroom. We had to use the pull out couch instead. Upon opening the pull out couch we found blood on the mattress cover; had to go to the drug store buy peroxide and wash it before bedtime. The next day maintenance came into the unit with no phone call, email, or text that they were entering the unit. I continuously emailed the owner and text this property management with NO RESPONSE!! On the day of check out, I called this property management to speak to a manager twice. The next day I called again, twice. The manager said he would speak to the owner about financial compensation and call me back by the next day. AGAIN NOTHING. Today it has been a week which I thought was a fair amount of time for resolution. I called and spoke to the same manager, the owner didn't feel compensation was needed. And come to find out the owner checked out the morning we checked in and was aware of everything. It saddens me as a single mom that I save all year for this vacation to give my daughter a great birthday and this is the kind of treatment we received.
