This private vacation home is exactly what you have been waiting for! Located right on the water, this wonderful beach house is loaded with amenities and is sure to be the highlight of your next Clearwater Beach vacation.

Our Sunset Splash features 5 bedrooms and comes furnished with the best indoor and outdoor living space, offering multiple areas, and a gorgeous pool.

The interior is prime for group gatherings or one large family as it features 2500 sq ft with a airy split floor plan and multiples spaces to gather.

There are 2 main suites and a family suite. The first primary bedroom has a King bed with an ensuite bathroom that has a tub/shower combo. The second main bedroom has 2 Queen beds with an ensuite bathroom and a shower. The third bedroom is perfect for the kids with a Day bed (2 Twins). The family suite has 2 bedrooms that are connected, the first bedroom has a Queen bed with brilliant water views and the second bedroom has 2 Twins, these two bedrooms share an ensuite bathroom that has a shower. The family suite has water views and also has a door that will lead to the pool patio. The living area offers a sofa bed. This property will accommodate a total of 14 guests.

There is a total of 3.5 bathrooms with a half bath near the entrance of the home.

The living area has plenty of seating and is perfect for enjoying game nights and family movies on the wall-mounted smart TV. It also offers a pool table and easy access to the pool patio.

There are 2 dining areas with abundant seating, the main dining area features a large dining table that seats 8 guests and adjacent to the kitchen is the second eating area seating 6 guests.

The well-equipped gourmet kitchen features stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and all of the appliances and cookware needed for your family meals. It also offers an island with a cooktop and seating for 3 guests. Coffee enthusiasts will be delighted to know we have a Keurig for your morning coffee. You also have access to the pool patio from the breakfast area.

Our beautiful Clearwater Beach Home provides 2 kayaks and 2 paddleboards for your use!

You can see the gorgeous water from your living room, family suite and kitchenette area.

Additional features of this amazing home include smart fire TVs with an extensive package that offer a ton of movie channels for unlimited viewing and movies, brand new cool gel mattresses, a Wi-Fi system with 500 mgbs, laundry room, pool table, boat dock, kayaks and paddleboards with lifevests.

If you're up for a BBQ, we have an outdoor bbq heaven with natural gas, counter space and a picnic table for 6 guests. Outside you can truly enjoy paradise with plenty of seating and lounging.

One of the best features of this beach home is the waterfront- infinity edge pool that has a sunshelf and amazing water views. The backyard is truly an oasis.

Bring your fishing poles! There is a fishing dock that you can use and enjoy!

Launch kayaks and paddleboards from the fishing dock to explore our beautiful Clearwater Beach.

Walk to Shephards, Saltys Island Bar, Frenchys South Beach Café, Crabby’s Beachwalk and more!

We are just a 10 minute walk to the Pier.

*Flat $199 boat dock fee for 1 boat up to 60', no lift use permitted

*This property allows 1 pet - if approved there is a non-refundable pet fee of $150.00 + taxes.
