Your great room itself is outfitted with a comfortable couch and armchair rocker/recliner all positioned to give a good view of the 55" flat-screen TV with an extensive cable line up and HDMI connections for your streaming devices. You also have free Wi-Fi.

You’ll find high quality cookware and serving ware you need to whip up your favorite recipes.
You can serve your group around the dining room table for six. This elegant setting with a unique wood table and comfortable chairs makes any meal seem special.
As an added convenience, Vista Verde West 219 has its own washer and dryer with complimentary starter allergy free detergent. No need to trudge out to a Laundromat. You can toss in a load of clothes and get on with your day of fun – no slowing down for laundry duty!
Your master bedroom is a peaceful retreat with a King Bed with new Hybrid Mattress and a ceiling fan circulating the air-conditioned air. You also have a dresser with a 42" TV on top and dual nightstands with built in power and USB connections and reading lamps. You’ll sleep well in this comfortable room.
Your master bathroom is outfitted with a shower/tub combination and large vanity with dual sinks. There’s plenty of storage beneath the sinks for all your toiletries.
Guests traveling with you will be pleased with their bedroom as well. They’ll find a Queen bed with new memory foam mattress, private 42" TV, dresser, and nightstand with reading lamp. Best of all, guests have their own bathroom with shower and vanity with a large mirror. It is such a welcome convenience to have a bathroom for each bedroom.

There is 7 night minimum stay required at Vista Verde West 219.
The condo association requires all clients to complete a short term lease application on line and remit the $150.00 fee directly to the HOA. The fee includes the parking registration to park on property. This fee is NOT calculated in the VRBO rates. You will be provided the link to create an account and register for your stay upon your booking.
