Designed with your comfort in mind, this lovely condo includes attention to every detail. This smoke and pet free condo accommodates up to 4 guests. The master bedroom boasts a LUXURY KING-SIZED BED with a wonderful new dream-inducing mattress, along with a COMFORTABLE QUEEN SLEEPER sofa. Both come with super comfy high-quality bedding and a Quiet AC with installed UVC light system that cleans air to hospital standards. With tiled floors throughout, this BEAUTIFUL condo features LARGE flat-screen TVs in the living room and bedroom. The FULLY-EQUIPPED kitchen includes everything you'll need to prepare those favorite drinks and vacation meals.

Boca Ciega Resort is a well-maintained bayfront facility which has a waterview Seasonally-Heated Pool, Hot Tub, Fitness Center, Barbecue Grill area. To top it off, we offer fast WIFI, fishing gear, and beach chairs. Next to the pool is a private pier where you can spot wildlife or do some fishing.

Beach is just 3 miles away. Pinellas Bike Trail and War Veterans Memorial Park are within walking distance where you can boat, walk or ride bikes. Also, just a short drive to shopping, restaurants, downtown St. Petersburg - where the locals go for restaurants, craft breweries, museums, the arts, and shopping for unique gifts! Disappointed.

We had to cancel. We picked a date in Sept. Lily transferred us to that date, without penalty. Then Lily said she could not do that because it was within 7 days of our stay and no refund or change allowed. But Lily then offered a 50% discount on the days in Sept. She said to contact her when ready to book and she would adjust the rate for those dates so we could book with discount. I have reached out 4 times over 4 days. No response.

Perfect weekend getaway

This condo is perfect for a couple looking for a weekend getaway. The view from the balcony is breathtaking and we enjoyed having morning coffee while watching the dolphins swim in the bay. It's kind of like being on a cruise ship while docked in port. You are 10 minutes from the beaches, close to all the stores, 20 minutes from the airport.

Great view! Otherwise, meh.....

Overall the place was decent. But, personally would stay elsewhere on the next visit. The view was quite nice. The pool area was maintained quite well. Dedicated parking spot was really nice. We did not receive check in information so I had to call when we were about ten minutes away. Info was promptly texted. Listing said there was a PS3 which my ten year old was looking forward to in our down time. There was no PS3. Contacted the owner and no solution was offered. Just said they forgot to update the listing. The bedroom fan did not work. The owner said they'd send someone to check it out. Nobody came. The thermostat had a mind of it's own. It's kept cooling to 66 degrees!! We had to keep adjusting it. No light blocking curtains so I hope you like to get up early. The nicer properties typically have a binder of needed information for the property as well as suggestions for the area. No binder and the emailed welcome letter did not provide any helpful information like how and where to access the beach, dining, etc.It was decently clean but we did have to clean the kitchen counters ourselves. They had not been cleaned. The bed comfort, which is definitely subjective, was subpar. Old school spring mattress with a foam topper. The bed was quite firm and squeaky. Shower pressure was quite hard. Don't even think about a shower if you have a sun burn. You are right on a very busy and noisy road. Heard vehicles racing over the bridge during the night.

Fantastic place with unbelievable view!

Loved the condo at Boca Ciega. The view alone is priceless. Condo is small but perfect. My husband and I truly enjoyed our stay and will be back!!

Great stay!

The view and area of this condo is fantastic. Traffic is very busy at this time of year. Workout room leaves a lot to be desired but pool area is great. Price for unit was much too high compared to what others in complex paid. We had fun and truly enjoyed the condo. It was clean and updated appliances.

Views are amazing. The bed is very comfortable. The grounds are very well kept. Parking was great. We enjoyed the library and workout equipment. The floors could use a good scrubbing. Some updated cookware would be nice. And the sofa upholstery needs refreshing.

Beautiful Views and Convenient Location

This condo is very clean and nicely decorated. The view of Boca Ciega Bay is outstanding and the spacious patio provides a comfortable resting place to watch the pelicans, gulls, terns, cormorants, osprey, and dolphins!

Would definitely recommend this property!

The location was perfect, the condo was perfect. Everything was effortless and just what you want when on vacation. We enjoyed watching the dolphins and some manatees from the balcony. We will definitly go back!

Quiet getaway

The condo was great. The hosts were very detailed in the welcome letter and only minor communication was had due to the ease of the instructions. Pulled in to the covered parking spot and used the key code to open up a nice clean condo. Super close to everything you need for an enjoyable vacation. My daughter didn’t want to leave. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Loved it

The condo is clean and bright with a great view of the bay. We loved seeing the dolphins swim by and spent many mornings and evenings just sitting on the balcony. The location is in good proximity to the beach and retail. Patrick and Lily were responsive, even checking in to confirm we had everything we needed. Would highly recommend.

Amazing stay!

We had such a great stay with a beautiful view of the water. Spent a lot of time on the balcony and at the pool. Very quiet location and super convenient covered parking close to the elevator. Any time we needed to get ahold of the owners, they were very quick to respond and accommodating. Will definitely be booking with them again the next time we stay in the area!

Relaxing

I always look for a porch or balcony for my short getaways for relaxation and this did not disappoint. A great restaurant within walking distance was the icing on the cake. We watched the boats come and go, read and relaxed. When the sun was too hot we retreated to the a/c till sunset then back out on the balcony. The pool looked inviting but I was very happy were I was. Would love to come here again.

We enjoyed our stay. Mornings sitting on the balcony having coffee watching the boats and dolphins. Breakfast at First Watch a Half Mile down the street. Dinner at Doc Ford’s Rum Bar and Grill next door. Everything a couple could want for the weekend. Thanks Patrick and Lily.

Long weekend trip!

We came into town for our son’s baseball games this past weekend and have stayed at this complex twice now. The views are spectacular and condo was clean with just the right amount of amenities needed. Highly recommend if needing to stay near St. Pete beach without the higher prices of the gulf!

Perfect Getaway!

Loved the location of this property. Just a few short minutes away from the beach. Bay view as amazing and so were all the long term guests that stay there. Perfect if you are looking to get away for a long weekend or stay for the winter. Great communication from the owners as well. Definitely recommend.

A Dolphin a Day Kept My Stress Away

First off the owners make renting their place a breeze. Everything you could need was provide in advance of the trip. The place was bigger than I thought and very comfortable. Very clean. Kitchen was stocked though we didn’t use much of it. Great water pressure for those with thick hair. W/D was a full size stackable unit. The unit is beautifully decorated. We didn’t use the kayaks or bikes. Parking was covered so car didn’t get too hot. The people when we were there were mostly snow birds who packed up and left at the end of the month. The property was clean, well maintained. The pool was warm. It’s a quiet place to relax. Oh and I did see dolphins at least once a day everyday of my trip. Lastly the beach. Madeira Beach is maybe 10 minutes by car. There is paid parking in several spots. We found a spot that was somewhat hidden so not a huge crowd. We paid $12 for 4 hours. The water was crystal clear unlike Clearwater. White powdery sand like Cancun and very little broken shells like other beaches. Highly recommend staying here and I hope to return again for a longer stay.

A+ Condo

Wonderful condo. Clean, comfortable and exactly as the pictures on VRBO. We felt like we were at home. Parking under the complex was a plus. Even got to see dolphins in the bay! We will be back. We have found our home away from home. Thank you Lily and Patrick for being such wonderful hosts.

Waterfront Condo

Beautiful view of bay! Condo is clean and cozy with an outstanding view. Only 8 minutes to Madeira Beach. Owners communicate all needed information for a great stay.
