Welcome to where Howdy meets Aloha. Come see our blend of Southern Charm and Island Love that we have tried to instill in this lovely 1950s Beach Home. Right at a mile from the beach we are a hop and a skip away from all your family fun, but just enough away to escape the noise and hustle. The outdoor space including the pool is absolutely awesome for entertaining!

**This is converting to a 4 bedroom 5 bed from a 3 Br 3 bed. There is a large 12x24 foot shed in the back yard that is being converted into a Tiny home (No Kitchen) with high end finishing! It will be included in all bookings made after 2/23/24that are scheduled to start on or after 4/1/24. Number of guests will jump to 9. PHOTOS COMING SOON!***

This home is a bright and vibrant space with furnishings meant to accentuate that! Every piece of art and furniture was thoughtfully placed in hopes of influencing a positive and happy experience day in and day out.

We have three bedrooms and two full baths in what we endearingly call The Shawnee Shack. Each bed has four Ikea Pillows and a Tuft N Needle Mattress (WE LOVE THEM)! The Master is a King bed and the room also has a desk separated by a room divider that would allow one to work while their partner sleeps! We have a lovely Queen Bedroom that looks out to the Lanai and pool. As well as an additional Queen bed with a Twin XL over top that allows adults or children to enjoy equally. We also have a beautiful living room with a 65" TV and of course a fully stocked kitchen!

The outdoor space is fantastic with multiple seating and dining areas including an outdoor living area with a TV OUTSIDE! Watch sports by the pool! Every room except bathrooms and kitchen have TVs and all are either Amazon Fire TV or Roku TVs so bring all your App Passwords and enjoy all you favorite shows with easy access!

There is a big and wonderful yard for games and additional fun and a grill!

*THE IN-LAW SUITE - The shed/ suite is a beautiful space with two brand new glass French Doors that can be left open in the spring and fall. The space also features a KING BED with a Tuft N Needle Mattress! There is a 65" LG Smart TV for Optimal viewing Pleasure and a wonderful recliner with an ottoman to relax in. There is a very Large and nice bathroom with custom tile work and a rain shower!

The Room is also equipped with an apartment style fridge with freezer, microwave and a Kuerig Coffee Maker to minimize the need to go into the main residence. While the space is only about 15 yards away from home it can offer an escape for grandparents or the older sibling from the family beach trip Chaos.

We also had a LARGE custom dog door added to the suite. We are trialing allowing pets on a case by case basis. Please inquire if interested.

- Just a quick 5 min drive from a top 20 ranked beach in the US with sugary white sand
- Short 7 min drive to John's Pass Village for dining, ice cream, bars, and shopping
- 25 min drive to downtown St. Petersburg (referred to by locals as St. Pete or the Burg)

*We do NOT rent to anyone under the age of 22 based on insurance requirements. We also cannot rent for less then 2 days as required by our insurance.

*We do NOT allow parties of any sort. While we are not hyper critical about you having a guest or two over, but we will be more sensitive to this during March (Spring Break). We want everyone to have fun, but this is not a party house or neighborhood. We want to be respectful of our neighbor and except you to be as well. If you want a no rules party home we respectfully ask that you continue your search.
