Sea Breeze # 206 er en direkte lejlighed i Gulf Front med en stor privat balkon med udsigt over stranden. Rummelig to soveværelser, to badeværelser condo med en 1200 sq ft split grundplan. Det store soveværelse har to dobbeltsenge, og det andet soveværelse har to enkeltsenge. Sovesofa i stuen. Tv er i stuen og begge soveværelser. Gratis kabel og Wi-Fi internet. Et medfølgende parkeringskort (andet pass kan være tilgængeligt efter anmodning).

Sea Breeze ligger direkte på stranden med privat adgang til stranden. Det store pooldæk med jacuzzi ligger ved stranden. Ejendom tilbyder også grillplads med grillpladser, picnicborde, Bocce-ballbane og tiki-hytter. Vaskeri findes på 4. og 7. etage. Johns Pass Village ligger kun 5 gader væk.

The location and view at this property is amazing! The beach and pool are amazing. The unit on the other hand is not. The unit smells awful. It was dirty when we arrived. Sand on floors, chips and toenails on the carpet in the living room. The pots and pans and dishes were disgusting, we had to clean everything before use. I did reach out to the manager by text with photos, never received a reply.

Great location & good condo (some annoyances)

I grew up in the area and have stayed in many condos along this stretch of the beach. This was my first time at this building and working with TRS. Lets start with the Pros:- The condo was clean and spacious.- Two beds in each room was great. - The price was reasonable- The parking lot is large and there are no assigned spots- You get one free guest parking pass- The unit has nice new appliance in the kitchen- The pool and hot tub were perfect!Unfortunately, there were some Cons for me:- The kitchen was not outfitted enough to cook easily. They could use more, storage container, baking supplies, and cooking utensils. Normally there are at least coffee filters left over from the previous tenant, but I was surprised to see there was very little left over cooking seasonings and what not. Even though that is inconvenient, it is not a deal breaker for me.- There was no hand soap in the kitchen. I typically buy hand soap for each sink, but I think there should at least be a bar supplied for each one. - We could hear through the walls frequently.- Not enough towels, hand towels, or wash cloths were provided for the length of stay we hand.- There was no surface cleaner supplied. It's difficult to keep the unit clean without this.- 2 out of the 3 maintenance men were impolite on multiple occasions.- Too many codes for the doors/gates. - "Contactless" checking still requires going to the office.

Bamboozled

As in some other reviews, the property and condo are a little outdated, but we did not expect a newly renovated unit so that was not an issue. To our surprise, the pool, hot tub, and elevator were not operational. We assume this was due to hurricane damage. However, we were not made aware of this in advance. When we entered the unit and walked out of the balcony, we were shocked at the state of the amenities. We knew the weather in February may not be warm enough for ocean swimming so the heated pool and hot tub were a big factor when we booked. There were construction workers on site and we woke up to loud construction noises each morning with noise that continued throughout the day. It was difficult to enjoy the beautiful view of the ocean. with those distractions. We were extremely disappointed. I called the management company, and they offered us a 20% discount. This was better than nothing, but not enough to make up for our experience.

Perfect Beach View

The unit was more spacious than expected. There was a small cooler and beach chairs, toys in the closet. I have read other reviews where people mention the unit is dated. While there are things that need upgraded, there were plenty that has been. The view is more important to me than any cosmetic things inside. This place has an amazing view of the gulf and pool. That is most important to me on vacation. Central air worked extremely well The unit was clean. The common grounds were very clean and well maintained. There was a gentleman out there every morning at 730 am cleaning and many time during the day he was spraying the walkway to keep it clean. Very easy walk to John’s Pass. My only negative comment is that the unit did not have enough towels and washcloths for our length of stay/number of people.

Great stay but very dated

The location was great. The beach was beautiful. The pool was nice. The condo however, was dated. There were attempts at updating with flooring and paint but it just dated. The elevator was super creepy. Fortunately we were in the 2nd floor, so we took the stairs the entire time. Overall 3/5. It was okay.

Perfect Vacation Spot

The condo was great! It was much larger than we expected and had everything you could want. The view of the ocean & pool were perfect. The pool & hot tub were great! The only thing that was disappointing was washer/dryer aren’t in the condo. You have to access them on another floor. You have to use a code to access everything (pool, elevator, beach, etc) which seemed odd but we quickly got used to it. It is a very quiet area of the beach. If you are wanting night life/bars close by this would not be the place for you.

We absolutely loved our stay

We absolutely loved our stay. A convenient condo that is on a less crowded stretch of the beach. We were very impressed with thr ladies that work at the check in desk. They were so friendly and helpful. We only had a couple complaints. One being with whst you find at most condos. You can hear everything from the floors above. It was hard to sleep with loud banging up until 4 am. And the other was that the elevator didn't work a few times. Some guests said they were stuck for 30 mins, so we opted to take the stairs. It was the 2nd floor so we mind. Other than that we were very happy. One of our favorite vacations.

Beach Trip

We enjoyed our stay but there were a few things that kept it from being perfect. The shower floor was sunken and uncomfortable. The twin mattresses were uncomfortable. I expected a Keurig. I had to buy filters and ground coffee. I left the filters for the next people. Also there are NO shells on this beach. Otherwise, this was a nice trip.

Wonderful beach. Close to whatever you want to do. Condo was furnished to meet our needs. Somethings could use some updating. But by no means did it interfere with a wonderful time.

Red Tide Cough

Great location easy walk to John's Pass. Spent a lot of time on the balcony. Red Tide was in so it sounded like a Covid convention with everyone coughing.

Beautiful view , comfy beds ...

We were very happy with the friendly staff at the travel agency who checked us in and out , and the location and view of this room were outstanding . The beds were comfy which can always be a toss up with rentals like this. We were in Madeira Beach for 4 days from NY and could only bring what we would wear and hygiene products, the room was not equipped with anything extra - we showed up to 1 roll of toilet paper in each bathroom which was so cheap it was gone in a day , there was no dish soap , no sponges to clean dishes with , very little towels that were extremely rough and worn. And not a back up hygiene product on site - most of the rentals we have used at least would have some sort of cheap shampoo/ conditioner to get you through until you got a store . The kitchen did not even provide SALT and PEPPER or a single garbage bag ! Which was the biggest let down of all. Having a family it was important that we could cook breakfast and save some money - all the dishes and pans that were in the cabinet were filthy they had to be washed before we used them, the dishwasher was disgusting and there was no soap to use it so it just piled up with dirty dishes . The floors weren't very clean and as soon as we walked in there was a huge dead "water bug" lying on his back - it felt like the room wasn't cleaned much or checked on often . We wouldn't recommend staying again unless those minor changes were made because they actually impacted the overall experience, seeing someone else's eggs dried up on an old used pan was really unsatisfying But once they fix these issues it could be a great place to stay because of the view and location .

So much noise and trash everywhere outside

This was an awful stay, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. The biggest issue was the noise and to make it worse, the reply from mgmt. when we told them about the noise. There was serious construction going on at the unit directly to our left and directly above us. The noise was unbearable. It started at 9AM and went to at least 6PM. We couldn't have a conversation, listen to music, watch a movie etc. It was impossible to just relax because of all the noise. When we complained about it, it took two days for someone to respond and all the said was " Sorry to hear that, we can't control the noise of other units". Also, neither fan in either bathroom worked, the AC unit barely worked, and the elevator on the property didn't work. This wasn't as bad an issue since we were on the 2nd floor, but if we had been on a higher floor, it would have been a big issue. The final thing was the quality of the hot tub. The lights were broken inside the hot tub all three nights we were there, which showed they didn't care enough to fix it the first night it went out. Also, there was trash left around the pool and hot tub every single night.

Nice Property

Property was nice but we had maintenance people entering the place all week without knocking. Went to property manager and they told us just to hook the chain. Can’t do that with 4 adults coming and going. Bug man sprayed the condo with all our stuff in the condo. Nice location but owners need a new property manager.

Location was perfect. Quick drive or easy walk to John’s Pass Village which has a lot to offer. Easy access to the beach. Condo complex is outdated as is the unit. Definitely needs some updating, newer appliances. An area of the ceiling was cracking/crumbling. Overall relatively clean. Would have been nice to have nicer furniture on a balcony.

Family Vacay May 2022

We had a Great stay here and would stay here again. Good location, close to the things we wanted to do, parking was good even with a holiday week, beach access was good. The ro was exactly fir our use. Just like the pix, could use an update but we weren’t in it a lot. Had a pack n play fr our grandson which made it really nice. The balcony was a Great with a nice view of beach.
