Our updated second-floor condo is situated in a tranquil community, ideal for a peaceful retreat. You can cook your meals in our fully equipped kitchen or explore nearby restaurants for delectable cuisine.

LIVING ROOM: Experience the spacious layout with a Smart TV, fast WIFI, and a small desk for work purposes. Although cable is not provided, the TV has a Roku that lets you indulge in all your favorite shows without any judgment.

KITCHEN: Spoil yourself with the fully equipped area, which boasts new stainless steel appliances, a Keurig with pods, a toaster, and a blender.

PRIMARY: Enjoy a comfortable rest in the queen-size bed, with abundant storage space in the roomy closet and dresser for extended stays.

PARKING: For your convenience, one assigned parking spot is included.

We provide all necessary linens, pillows, and towels for our guests. If you need to do laundry during your stay, we have a guest laundry located behind the clubhouse. You will be given a card to prepay for washing and drying your clothes. Please note that pool tags are required, but we will provide them for you.

The clubhouse is nearby and offers a ping-pong table and pool table for your enjoyment. The beach is just a quick 5-minute walk along Route 60, making it a total of 15 minutes from the condo.

We kindly request that you refrain from bringing pets, including comfort animals, as our HOA does not allow them.

Additionally, please do not smoke or use any drugs on the premises, including the screened porch. We strive to maintain a drama-free and fragrance-free environment for all of our guests.

As a guest, you have complete access to the entire condominium. You can easily check in with our keyless self-check-in system.

There is an assigned parking space for you, as well as ample guest parking available in unmarked spaces.

Please be aware that pets are not permitted in the condo, and smoking is prohibited in all areas including the balcony and staircase.

As part of the condo association's security measures, all adult occupants will need to undergo a background check and sign a short-term rental agreement after booking.
The association will charge a fee of $100 per adult for this process.

Despite these measures, you can rest assured that the neighborhood is very safe and secure.

Please note that this apartment is located on the second floor and requires climbing 16 stairs, as there are no elevators available.
