Our "free crib" was a heavily-stained, rickety pack and play, the sheets were stained, the floors were dirty, and there were homeless men sleeping right outside our window. Staff were rude too, but the free breakfast was nice. Kinda rough area, terrible hotel.

The service was pretty good. The property is a bit old and dated. It was quiet. easy access to the areas of town we were visiting. Breakfast was very good every morning. The coffee is awful, and the vending machines need to be maintained. We would stay there again.

The pictures online dont do it justice. The grounds are beautiful. Pool and area is great. Lots of chairs and tables to sit and enjoy the weather. The rooms were spacious! We loved our outdoor area. We sat out there every morining and later evening to unwind! Would def stay here again!

What I didn't like was the stale chips in the vending machines and they took your money an nothing came out the front desk would not refund my money I put in an lost an had thrown away the chips . No other food options . But Ricks pizza around the corner deliver us pizza at the pool

There was food particles on the floor. There was food wrapper between the bed and nightstand. Sticky cup rings on the nightstand and the floor was so sticky we had to wear shoes the whole time.

The room was dirty. It was not cleaned and there was dirty items on the floor and dirty used soap in the bathroom. The attendant at check-in was rude. The surrounding area is good for grocery shopping and restaurants. The parking is good. The complimentary breakfast was just ok.

The pool area was good...we we're suspto have a pull out sofa...instead it was a futon with a metal bar going through...breakfast was the exact same every day...sausage eggs waffles...there was never a change..asked if they ever have bacon...nope. Hot tub was broken. If you stay in the front bring ear plugs because it was sooooo noisy.

Very old & run down. Carpets were gross and beyond the point of cleaning. First room smelled like smoke and was small & dark, looking at the parking lot with sliders that didn’t open. No elevator from main lobby. Changed rooms & 2nd room was OK but the AC unit was caked with dust and that room smelled like mold. Pool was nice & breakfast was OK but overall I would not recommend this property.

We found this hotel very tired and dated. It was reasonably clean but alot of damaged walls in our room. We usually stay in Dunedin for the Blue Jay Spring Training but decided to try Tarpon Springs to check out the area. We don't think we were in a very good area. Police were at our hotel a couple times. Also there was a guy in the pool area that went off on a tangent about immigrants...then calling us 'rich white trash'. It was very scary. It appears he was not a guest at the hotel but had just come in through the gates to use the facility. The whole week's experience just was not comfortable. I don't think we would stay in this area again.

Check-in was quick and efficient. Our room was large, clean and well appointed with soap, shampoo conditioner and other ammenities, and the bedding and bed was delightfully comfortable. Breakfast included hot items (eggs sausages and waffles) as well as other continental choices. The owner / manager (not sure), seems to care as I reviewed this hotel about a month ago and commented on the lack of hot items available for breakfast. In fact, I noticed that he came into the breakfast area to check on supplies available and guest satisfaction. Kudos to you, Tarpon Springs Quality Inn. You seem to really care about your customers!! We will definitely return.

The hotel was fine. Two complaints I have are: no fan in bathroom, and the patio was nice but people smoking next door made it so we couldn’t sit out there.

There were two areas where this hotel fell short. One was maintaining the grounds. There were literally dozens of discarded cigarette butts in what might have once been a planter toward the back of the building. Also trash was piled up outside the lobby area near the pool entrance. The other deficiency regarded checkout. I recommended to the desk clerk that they hang a translucent curtain along with the blackout curtain in the room to afford an element of privacy while permitting light to come in. I even noted that there was already a second traverse rod in place, so all that was needed was the curtain. Rather than making a note of the suggestion, the clerk started giving all kinds of excuses about how it was out of the local hotel's power since this was controlled by the parent company, Choice. When I said that he could reference me when making the suggestion, not only didn't he write anything down, but he said I would need to be the one to make the suggestion directly to Choice. I hardly view this as "Quality" service. I should note that the desk clerk on duty when I checked in was fine. Checkin was efficient and without problems.
