    Indenfor vil gæsterne nyde en åben stue med nye møbler og fladskærms-tv. Den opdaterede Køkkenet indeholder nye bordplader, og apparater og fuldt udstyret med redskaber er nødvendige for dit ophold.

    Det store badeværelse har en queen size seng, tv og masser af skab og kommode skuffe plads. Den farverige andet badeværelse har to enkeltsenge, tv og perfekt for familier med børn. Sengetøj, er ekstra håndklæder og puder lager for dit besøg, så bare pak dit tøj og tandbørste! Ugentlig stuepige service er til rådighed.

Reviewer Comments: Love the location, unfortunately my unit the owner just seems not to keep up the inside, out dated, furniture is old , dirty and worn out no support left in the cushions. The mattress needs to be replaced and the carpet is horrible. And I do believe that the pool gate should have a key code on it to stop beach people from coming in and using it as their own as a bathroom and bath themselves I myself have had some very rude people yelling at me and using foul language which I think could have been avoided if they just couldn't open the gate to get into the pool area they would have to hop the fence.

Very, Quiet and Convenient to local shopping and restaurants

Front desk staff did and excellent job. Willing to work with you helping with various tasks. Cable required repairs made as quickly as possible through cable company. They notified them and set things up for the repairs. Very pleasant and accommodating ladies that had great personalities, unit was very clean and well stocked with expected supplies and more. Towels and wash clothes were “bright and clean.”. I would highly recommend the SunHost Resorts to anyone looking for a place to stay on their vacation. Not the newest building on the road but certainly one that meets all the needs you could have for a restful and peaceful stay. The only issues we had was deciding where to eat and how to not over eat. 😊

Describing this as a "Large Updated Unit" is misleading. The security lights were right outside the bedroom window -- to room was never really dark. The condo was noisy -- I am guessing the constant humming and buzzing was from the A/C units on the roof. The living room furniture could use an update -- it was not comfortable to sit on. On the positive side we loved the easy access to the beach and the view of the beach from right outside of our room. Being directly across the street from John's Pass is a real plus for us. In 2022 we stayed in Condo 223 which we would consider renting again.

Great location.

Unit could use some updating. Beds especially. Location of the complex was perfection. Would stay at surf song again. Might just choose a different unit. Also, don’t know if it’s standard or not but for a week stay there was nothing in the unit as far as any toiletries or extra garbage bags, paper towels. Ect. Nothing. Kinda disappointing.

However over the last few years we have noticed a decline in the overall condition of the unit. It is definitely in need of some TLC and some updates. The interior side of the front door needs a coat of paint. The couch is dingy and very worn. The mattresses are not comfortable at all and the living room definitely needs a BIGGER TV.
