Location was great. Owner/host was very communicative. Very clean and nice amenities, linens, beach chairs and umbrella. Kitchen well stocked with necessities No real issues. TV was very confusing to work. I would also suggest an exhaust fan of some kind in the bathroom.

I stayed here for 5 nights. Nice place right at the beach. The shared balcony was wonderful for watching the sunset. I would stay here again.

Everything was fabulous. The only suggestion I might have is to consolidate the TV remotes. Using three was a little bit confusing. Other than that, great accommodations and wonderful communication with owner. We will definitely be back.

Beautiful beach front views from the balcony. Comfortable seating and lounging. Our condo was comfy and had everything we needed. We truly appreciated the beach chairs and umbrella that were provided. We liked PassAGrille much better than St Pete area. Slower pace and lots of charm. We will defintely return to this condo in the future.

Christine answered my call immediately after I goofed and went to the wrong unit! We had plenty of room and everything we needed in the kitchen and elsewhere. We love staying at PAG Condominiums where we can just walk right to the beach in no time.

Great location right on beautiful beach. Property still had a little storm reconstruction going on, but that could be expected for all they went through.

Enjoyed our relaxing stay, and amazing sunset views from the shared balcony. Perfect location to walk to restaurants and just across the street from the beautiful beach. I have stayed in this unit multiple times and love it, will definitely return

Great stay!

Very much enjoyed our stay. Clean, comfortable beds and A/C kept up nicely with 80+ heat. Great sunset viewing from the deck. Plenty of restaurants just steps away and beach is right across the street. Would stay again.

Relaxing

1st visit to the gulf coast

I enjoyed my stay very much. Nice condo with beach chairs and umbrella. Very quiet area. I loved walking every morning. Felt very safe traveling alone. Would definitely stay again

Quick getaway!

The place is just as described. It was so helpful to have beach chair, umbrella and other beach accessories available. Host was quick to respond when questions asked. Not a heavily populated area so it was very peaceful and not too crowded at the beach.

Amazing get away

The location of this condo is absolutely perfect. We loved the little town and its proximity to attractions within the region. The condo has everything you need, beach towels, chairs, coolers, umbrella and some toys. We loved being able to cook, while also having so many great places to go out to within walking distance if we wanted. This is such a special place, we will definitely be returning!

The location is great but the place leaves a bit to be desired. It was incredibly dusty (you could see it on the ceilings and walls), there were spill marks on table tops and the bathroom was not up to my standards of clean (stains on the shower curtain's, generally grubby floor corners and little to no handsoaps left- we had to buy our own as we ran out within a few washes). The bathroom also had no ventilation and very hot lightbulbs, it did have a window but the shutter made it impossible to open. The photos for the listing need some serious updating, it seems this studio has now become a storage area for furniture the owner doesnt want to part with yet but doesnt want in their actual home. The place would also get extremely warm, the small split unit aircon is positioned where it really only hits the kitchen/lounge area. Even with the ceiling fans on high (which would kick off more dust) nights were still very hot and hard to sleep in. Linens and towels were clean, the shared balcony had great views, but again there was dust on the bed frames. This could be a really nice unit if a little more thought and care went into it.

Perfect location

The room had everything that I needed and was right on the beach. Clean, safe and surprisingly quiet considering that it is within walking distance to restaurants and shops. Recommend that you bring a bar of soap but everything else you need is provided. Well equipped full kitchen, dining table and couch with a big tv. Thank you! I truly enjoyed my stay.

Perfect spot in Pass a Grille

All in all this little condo was perfect for our stay. Everything we would need was provided. Great value for the money. The pictures are from a while ago as much of the furnishings have been updated. Beds were comfortable. 2 queen beds. It's situated so you can watch TV from the bed. The terrace is a great place to watch the sunset. We would come back in a heartbeat.

Sunsets to die for!

I stayed three weeks in this unit and it was WONDERFUL! The shared balcony was great and never crowded at all. The proximity to the beach was amazing. There was fun activity at all the right times. Christine was wonderful and great to deal with. I was there for three weeks due to business and I wasn’t ready to leave on my last day. I will be back!!

A First For My Sister in Law

I brought my sister in law to Florida for an early 40th birthday present. She's never been on plane, or stayed on a beach, or swam in the ocean, or anything. Hard to believe, I know. This little condo made it super easy to do everything we wanted to and more. I myself loved it there because of the convenience and because of the quietness. It was much needed. Thanks so much from a seasoned traveler and from one who just caught a glimpse of vacation life. St Pete beach is a gem and so is Pass A Grille!! - I'll definitely be back
