• Check-in / Check-out: Check-in after 4:00 PM and check-out by 10:00 AM (early check-in or late check-out may be available for an additional fee upon request).
• Guests have full access to the home, pool, patio, and all shared outdoor spaces.

• No glass is allowed in or around the pool area.
• For your safety and convenience, the property is equipped with a Ring doorbell camera located at the main entrance. This allows us to assist with check-ins, monitor deliveries, and ensure the property remains secure. The camera records video and audio of the exterior entry area only and does not record inside the home, ensuring your privacy throughout your stay.
• Please keep the Wi-Fi router and modem plugged in to maintain service for the Ring doorbell and other connected devices.
• Any damage caused by the guest or their guests during the stay is the guest’s responsibility.
