Pets are welcome, but we only allow dogs due to owner allergies. We allow maximum of three dogs per stay.
• GUESTS MUST FILLOUT ONLINE CHECK-IN FORM PRIOR TO ARRIVAL TO RECEIVE CHECK-IN INFORMATION
• Check-in: 4 PM onwards
• Check-out: 11 AM
• Park within the driveway or your car will be towed
• Observe quiet hours from 10 PM to 9 AM
• Clean as you go
• Do not damage the property
• Always prioritize safety
• Clean grill after use ($50 additional fee if left dirty)
• We do not allow cats, sorry feline lovers, we have a family allergy
• Pick-up after your pets
• Pets are not allowed on furniture and bed. $50 fee/pet
• Always put pets on leash when outside
• No parties or events allowed. You will be asked to leave immediately if this rule is not followed.

Pool Rules:
• Pool safety is our number one concern, keep pool doors locked when an adult is not in the pool area
• Guests use the swimming pool at their own risk
• Do not touch or adjust the pool equipment ($500 will be charged if so)
• No diving & running in the pool area
• ALWAYS supervise kids when swimming
• Do not bring glass or sharp objects in the pool area

Age requirement:
Please note that the minimum age requirement to book this property is 25 years old. The primary guest must be at least 25 years of age at the time of booking and must be present throughout the duration of the stay.

As part of our verification process, we may request a valid government-issued ID to confirm the age of the booking guest. Reservations made by individuals under 25 will be subject to cancellation, and failure to meet this requirement may result in denial of access to the property and forfeiture of any payments made.

Please be advised that there is a $75 pet fee, with a maximum of two (2) pets allowed. This fee will be charged accordingly.
