Welcome to Coco Cottage, a colorful coastal hideaway designed for slow mornings, sunny pool days and spontaneous walks to the Gulf.



Just 3 minutes from the beach, Coco gives you the best of Indian Rocks Beach right outside your door. Walk to the sand, grab coffee nearby, wander out for dinner, then come home for an evening swim beneath the palms.



Inside, soaring ceilings, warm natural textures and one-of-a-kind vintage finds give this one-bedroom cottage a personality all its own. With a king bedroom, queen sleeper sofa, full kitchen and space for up to 4 guests, Coco is an easy escape for couples and small families.

Retreat to a comfortable king-size bed after a day in the Florida sunshine. The primary bedroom also offers ample closet space, a dresser, nightstands and thoughtful touches designed to help you unpack and settle in.



The living room includes a queen sleeper sofa, allowing Coco Cottage to accommodate up to four guests.



— LIVING & KITCHEN —



Coco's open living space combines relaxed coastal style with the comforts of home. Stretch out on the sofa, stream a favorite show on the large Smart TV, or gather around the counter while dinner is being prepared.



The kitchen is thoughtfully stocked for your stay, whether you're making a quick breakfast before the beach or enjoying dinner at home. Our guests regularly mention just how well-equipped Coco is—one of the little details we're especially proud of.



— POOL & BACKYARD —



This is where vacation mode really begins.



Step outside to the heated saltwater pool, surrounded by tropical landscaping and designed for long, lazy Florida afternoons. A shallow sun shelf makes it easy to cool off while soaking up the sunshine, while loungers, umbrellas and pool floats invite you to stay awhile.



As evening falls, the backyard transforms with colorful lighting for a completely different poolside atmosphere.



The pool and backyard are shared exclusively with guests of our neighboring sister property, Mango Cottage.



Seasonal complimentary pool heating is offered October 15–May 1, with the pool typically set between 80–85°F. Actual water temperature can vary with outdoor weather conditions.



— OUTDOOR LIVING —



Coco Cottage gives you even more room to embrace the Florida lifestyle with a large, fully fenced private side patio just off the kitchen.



Surrounded by tropical greenery and two beautiful coconut palms, this secluded outdoor space feels like your own little island hideaway. Stretch out in the hammock, gather around the patio table for an alfresco meal, or settle into the comfortable lounge area with your morning coffee or an evening cocktail.



And when you're ready for a swim, step over to the heated saltwater pool and tropical backyard, shared exclusively with guests of neighboring Mango Cottage.



It's the best of both worlds: your own private outdoor retreat plus a resort-style pool just steps away.



— BEACH DAYS, MADE EASY —



The Gulf is just a short 3-minute walk away, so going to the beach doesn't need to be an all-day production.



We provide the gear, too: beach towels, 4 chairs, a cooler, a beach wagon, umbrella, sunscreen and beach toys for the little ones.



Load up the wagon, walk to the beach access and you'll have your toes in the sand in minutes. Please ensure to return all items after use so they're ready for your next trip to the sand.



— TRAVELING WITH LITTLE ONES —



We provide a Pack ’n Play and highchair, along with safety doorknob covers for the bedroom and kitchen doors.



— WALK TO THE BEST OF IRB —



One of Coco's greatest luxuries is being able to leave the car behind.



Gulf Blvd is only a couple of minutes away, putting local coffee shops, restaurants, tropical drinks and live music within easy walking distance. Guest favorites including Cafe de Paris, Beach Wave, Grove Surf Cafe & The Turkish Flame are nearby.



Spend the morning at the beach, wander home for a swim, then walk out for dinner and drinks. That's the Coco Cottage version of vacation.

The Neighborhood:

Known for its serene beaches and excellent dining options, Indian Rocks Beach and Indian Shores are ideal destinations for a peaceful getaway that is still close to bustling areas like Clearwater Beach or John's Pass. These tranquil beaches cater to those looking for relaxation alongside delicious food and beverages.



Mango is conveniently located just two blocks away from the beach! From our driveway, you can spot the beach access entrance nearby, making it an ideal spot. Additionally, Mango is only a five-minute stroll to Cafe de Paris, Beach Wave Grill, and Coco Crush, while Turkish Flame is just a 10-minute walk away!



Please keep in mind that we are located in a residential neighborhood and to be kind and courteous during your stay. Locals enjoy their peace and quiet, and we want this to remain a piece of paradise for everyone to share and love. ✌🏽



Getting Around:

- Nearby, there are restaurants and bars that are easily accessible on foot. 👣

- Each cottage comes with two parking spaces, and additional paid public parking is available throughout IRB. 🚗

- Guests can make use of the two bicycles provided for their stay. 🚲

- A local trolley stop is conveniently located on our corner, offering an affordable and pleasant way to explore the area. 🚎

- To use the trolley during your visit, we recommend downloading the Flamingo & Transit app. 🦩

- IRB, slightly south of Clearwater Beach, offers a less touristy atmosphere, enhancing the distinctive charm of our town.



- 15 min drive to Clearwater Beach 🌴

- 20 min drive to John's Pass 🐬

- 25 min drive to Dunedin 🍻

💦 SHARED POOL: Our beautiful saltwater pool and backyard are shared with guests staying at our neighboring sister property, Coco Cottage. Please be considerate of other guests while enjoying this shared tropical space.



💦 POOL SAFETY NOTICE: The pool is provided for guest enjoyment. By using the pool, guests acknowledge and accept the inherent risks associated with swimming and water activities.



• No lifeguard is on duty.

• Children and non-swimmers must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times.

• No diving, jumping, running, rough play, or horseplay in or around the pool area.

• No glass containers in the pool area.

• Guests use the pool and all outdoor amenities at their own risk.



The registered guest is responsible for ensuring all members of their group follow these safety guidelines. Owners and hosts are not responsible for accidents, injuries, or loss of personal property resulting from the use of the pool or outdoor amenities.



- POOL TEMPERATURE: Pool temperature is influenced by outdoor conditions. Pool heaters operate most efficiently when temperatures are above 60°F. During colder weather or occasional cold fronts, the pool may not be able to reach or maintain the desired temperature and may not be suitable for all preferences.



- STARTER SUPPLIES: We provide complimentary starter supplies so you can settle in comfortably upon arrival. For stays of two weeks or longer, guests are responsible for replenishing consumable supplies as needed.



- TRAVEL INSURANCE: Florida's hurricane season runs from June 1 through November 30. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance for stays during this period to help protect your trip against eligible unexpected cancellations, delays, or travel disruptions. Please review your chosen policy carefully to understand its specific coverage.



- A LITTLE FLORIDA NATURE: Mango is a beach cottage in sunny Florida, where small native lizards are part of the tropical environment. On occasion, one may find its way inside despite our best efforts to keep them outdoors. They're harmless and simply part of coastal Florida life.

We want you to feel completely at home during your stay! You'll enjoy self-check-in and plenty of privacy, but we're always available if you have questions or need assistance. From time to time, you may see us stopping by briefly to take care of the trash and recycling—otherwise, we'll leave you to enjoy your vacation.
