This first floor layout includes the screening room, an indoor and outdoor dining area for 6 and a full bath with washer/dry. Stairs lead up to the next level to living/kitchen, half bath and second laundry room. It also has a Guest Suite Bedroom with 2 Full size bunk beds (4 Full Beds) with ensuite full bath.



The third floor leads to the Master Suite, lavish with a 3-sided fireplace and private sitting area with 2 swivel chairs, large panoramic windows, private balcony, 2 large walk-in closets and stylish en-suite bathroom with shower and separate jacuzzi tub.

Madeira Beach is a beach town full of activities and attractions, along with our nationally renowned beach. This home is directly on the beach, with easy walk to John`s Pass Boardwalk and dozens of restaurants, bars and shops. There are a ton of marinas and watersports in the area as well, you can rent jet ski`s, boats, charter fishing boats, dolphin tours or parasailing.



Please note: You must be able to climb stairs, there is no elevators and 3 split levels to the home.
