Open spacious dining and living area opens to the balcony. Full Size Washer and dryer in unit. 7 night rental minimum, Saturday arrival/departure may be required. Call for exceptions. The living room and both bedrooms have Smart TVs. Free highspeed wifi. There is no phone in this condo. Please note that lost fobs will incur a replacement fee of $250, or the withholding of the equal security deposit, depending on the method of booking.

You will be required to sign a rental agreement with SunHost Resorts prior to a reservation being confirmed.

As a SunHost guest, you will have access to office services, including copying and printing boarding passes. Seven day a week maintenance service is available as well as an after hours emergency on call person. This is a non smoking home.

There is one assigned parking spot for this condo.
