Bygning nr. 4 er på tværs af vandvejen fra St Pete Beach, så spar dine fødder op og se, hvordan handlingen går! Denne bygning ligger pænt i nærheden af et af de varme karbad på ejendommen tæt på grillpladsen og er en meget let gåtur til pool og adgang til stranden på stedet!

    Land's End ligger på Treasure Island i slutningen af en halvø og er omgivet på 3 sider af vand; Intracoastal Waterway mod øst, et pass mod syd og Mexicogolfen mod vest. Dette samfund er fyldt med faciliteter til at holde enhver underholdt! Stor, opvarmet pool, 2 boblebad, sandvolleyballbane, tennis- og pickleballbaner, kulgrilladser og havepavillon til dine udendørsserveringsaftener, en strandpromenade, der går rundt i samfundet til din morgenøvelse, shuffle board, direkte adgang til stranden og alt indenfor dette smukt anlagte samfund. Land's End ligger cirka 3 km syd for John's Pass Village på Madeira-stranden, som er fyldt med shopping, restauranter, vandaktiviteter og underholdning for alle. Har du lyst til at ride nogle rutsjebaner, mens du er i byen? Busch Gardens i Tampa ligger kun en times kørsel væk eller rammer Disney-parkerne og alle de andre attraktioner i Orlando inden for 2 timer. Florida Aquarium i Tampa, Clearwater Aquarium (Home of Winter the Dolphin), Hard Rock Casino, smukke statsparker og miles af strande er bare en håndfuld af grunde til at besøge vores Pinellas County strande !!! Nice place fun time

We felt it was a friendly place the staff was fabulous, the bathrooms had no bedspreads or blankets, and the floor was quite dirty when we arrived- besides that it was a great stay.

Treasure island

This is our third stay at lands end. My only comment about the condo we stayed in this time is that it needs a good cleaning. The floor are filthy, those who walked without shoes soon found out exactly how dirty they were

To our surprise we arrived to find out there was a 24/7 beach dredging operation occurring at Treasure Island. On day 2 of our 7 night stay, the beach at the resort was unfortunately closed. This was disappointing. Not the resort’s fault but I do feel that we should have made aware of the potential for beach closure during our stay. Elevator was out of order when we arrived and everything had to be carried up stairs to the top floor. This is very first beach rental we have stayed that had no beach items- not even a single beach towel. The kitchen was also very sparsely stocked. Basic items you find standard with other rentals weren’t available. Master bath shower was broken. The tub filled while the shower was on so we never really had full water pressure. Tub floor was stained and didn’t feel clean. Condo is an older unit and there was definitely a stale smell. I would recommend a plug in freshener. From the balcony we had a view of a club with live music and we did enjoy listening to that each night. The gate attendant was also very nice.

I usually stay beachfront but glad we stayed in this unit as we were able to see manatees an dolphins from our balcony. The pool and beach weren’t crowded and I was worried about that with it being June. We would definitely return!

Reviewer Comments: Our vacation was great our condo was very nice but the bottom of the kitchen cupboards really need to be cleaned and the carpet should really be looked at to be removed just because my kids were all stuffed up from allergies by the end of our ten days. it would be nice to rent the same condo again but because ofthe carpet I need to look for something else. pool was great but me suggestion to the complex is come with something to carry chairs and umbrellas to the beach even if I had to rent it for the week because i would have loved to do more of the beach but it was too long of a walk to carry everything back and forth..fyi, our freind Rosario at the gate was fabulous gave us some great tips for pizza places and dinner ideas hope to see him next year.

June Stay--Perfect!

The location of Land's End was ideal for us; easy access to places. The parking & elevator made it so simple for us. The bedrooms, the restrooms, kitchen, dining & living room areas were clean and nice. Wi-Fi & tv worked perfectly. The balcony was a plus,. We highly recommend this condo. The pool & Gulf were readily accessible, too. The staff was warm, friendly, accommodating, and so helpful. We already have plans to return next year. Thank you!

I’ll start with the positives. This condo has been updated & very nice. The complex was quiet & conveniently located near a low populated beach. We loved watching dolphins from the deck or listening to music over the water from the Toasted Monkey. Negatives included waiting in a long line of cars to check in, then walking into the condo that was clean except for they forgot to sweep or mop. I swept up hair & a huge pile of sand, then bought a swifter and mopped it. My son & his wife 7:30 at night were in the hot tub by our room & were rudely interrogated by security. He kept asking for their unit & yelled at them for not having an arm band.....which we were not given at check in. Finally they convinced him we were staying there after offering to walk him to our room. They were so upset. The rules are very strict here at the pool, hot tubs & other places. Many units are owned by older people who have specific tables and chairs for meeting. This condo & place is beautiful but not college or even families with young kids friendly. No drinks, food, floats, toys....in water areas. Security is aggressive & always looming, I did reach out to management, who apologized. The same guy was back at it Friday so unfortunately whatever they told management they don’t care. Regardless, our family still had a great time enjoying this condo. Thank you.

Our corner unit had the waterway behind it, fun to watch the sea life from the lanai and listen to fun music from across the way. The pool was awesome and the beach was steps away, never crowded and plenty to explore. Our unit was just what we needed. Besides the carpet, we were very pleased with all of the furnishings and what was provided for us to use. Would definitely stay again!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our stay at unit 406, especially the beautiful water view of the canal! Overall, the condo was in good condition. The kitchen pots, pans and utensils were a bit lacking. The pans are scratched up, old and need replacing. Additionally, it would be helpful to have some basic kitchen items, like hot pads. When we went to use the dishes in the cabinets, they had remnants of food on them and didn't appear to be fully clean. Lastly, the sliding door stuck or came off the track all week, but didn't stop us from enjoying the porch. There was live music every night from a restaurant across the canal (from 6-10PM.) It was wonderful to hear live music again, safely from the porch and socially distanced from the crowd! The Lands' End area is very secure and quiet. Easy access to the beach was a bonus! The pool and hot tub were great, as were the volleyball court and outdoor grills. This unit has many beach items, including chairs, umbrella and swim toys.We would definitely return to Lands' End!

Great location. Needs a bit of updating

We had a great stay. We were very happy with the view of the Blind Pass waterway and the lively neighborhood on the other side. There is an awesome restaurant, The Toasted Monkey, across the waterway that had excellent live music every night. We thoroughly enjoyed the bands and they shut down at 10 every night so there was no problem sleeping. On the not so great side, the complex was renovating the hot tub right next to our place and there was jack hammering every day. This is now done so it won’t be a problem for anyone else and I can’t blame our rental management for it. Our AC died on a Sunday and it wasn’t fixed until Monday night. That was a bit uncomfortable to sleep in the humid 75+ temps. The carpet was quite stained and the curtain had a large tear like someone’s kid tried a Spider-Man swing with it. Overall we loved our stay. St. Pete’s beach neighborhood was terrific and mellow. Perfect for us.

The only thing I would recommend is making sure the pullout couch has been cleaned before you have company. There was a lot of food in the mattress. Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have rented this condo many times. We love the location, close to the hot tub, boardwalk and beach entry, and just a very short walk to the pool and other property amenities. We love watching the wildlife in the inter coastal as well as the people and boats. The quiet beach without the busy crowds like the nearby beaches has always been a draw for us but especially now in these crazy times. If I had to mention anything that might need attention in the condo itself, the oven might need to be looked at as it doesn’t seem to be coming up to the desired temperature when cooking so you either set the temp higher or expect your item to take longer to cook. Carpet had some spots and is showing wear. We will definitely be renting this unit again, we feel comfortable and at home. Having the security there is also a plus they are helpful and friendly. Thanks to the owners for sharing their property with us.
