Indretningen i dette renoverede 2-værelses lejlighed ved stranden med 2 badeværelser er traditionelt og behageligt. Alle tæpper er blevet erstattet af smukke flisegulve. Køkkenet er blevet opdateret og er fuldt udstyret. Den private balkon vender ud mod stranden og den Mexicanske Golf. Du har miles af hvid sandstrand at udforske. Gratis wifi. Land's End er et gated community beliggende i det populære kvarter Sunset Beach. Bygning nr. 10 ligger lige ved siden af den store swimmingpool og jacuzzi-badekar på stedet.

Land's End ligger på Treasure Island i slutningen af en halvø og er omgivet på 3 sider af vand; Intracoastal Waterway mod øst, et pass mod syd og Mexicogolfen mod vest. Dette samfund er fyldt med faciliteter til at holde enhver underholdt! Stor, opvarmet pool, 2 boblebad, sandvolleyballbane, tennis- og pickleballbaner, kulgrilladser og havepavillon til dine udendørsserveringsaftener, en strandpromenade, der går rundt i samfundet til din morgenøvelse, shuffle board, direkte adgang til stranden og alt indenfor dette smukt anlagte samfund. Land's End ligger cirka 3 km syd for John's Pass Village på Madeira-stranden, som er fyldt med shopping, restauranter, vandaktiviteter og underholdning for alle. Har du lyst til at ride nogle rutsjebaner, mens du er i byen? Busch Gardens i Tampa ligger kun en times kørsel væk eller rammer Disney-parkerne og alle de andre attraktioner i Orlando inden for 2 timer. Florida Aquarium i Tampa, Clearwater Aquarium (Home of Winter the Dolphin), Hard Rock Casino, smukke statsparker og miles af strande er bare en håndfuld af grunde til at besøge vores Pinellas County strande !!! Når du er et lukket samfund i slutningen af øen, vil Land's End virkelig give dig mulighed for at gå væk fra hverdagens stress og jag og få den meget nødvendige R & R, men du vil stadig være tæt på alt hvad du har brug for for at gøre dette til perfekt feriedestination.

Winter get-away

We had an excellent week no issues at all. The condo was clean and they had everything we needed. Great place to stay and we have already been recommending this place to our friends.

Perfect for a few weeks at the beach.

Firstly, the bed was the most comfortable ever. The view from the kitchen looks through the condo and out over the Gulf. I appreciated the periodic text communication from the property manager with useful and timely info. We look forward to return.

Treasure Island/Lands End

Lands End is a beautiful, gated community… well manicured landscaping, great pool, nice beach. The condo was beautiful but not ready at check in time. Housekeeping was running late and that was ok. The problem was they didn’t sweep/vacuum the floors. And the rest of the condo looked like it had been cleaned very superficially. I notified management and said if the unit had a vacuum I would have done it. Instead of apologizing and sending someone over to complete their work they brought me a vacuum! I’m just disappointed in how it was handled. We didn’t spend a lot of money on a condo to have to finish cleaning it. We didn’t let this cast a shadow on our stay. We really liked Treasure Island and area. We’ve traveled a lot and rented many condos and have never encountered this situation before. We usually never complain about anything. Not sure we could recommend or use Resort Rental again.

Love Lands End

This is the second time staying here and it won’t be our last. Quiet out on the south end of Treasure Island. Just the way I like it!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed at Land's End multiple times. Some of the condos need updating so make sure you see pictures before renting. Our condo this year was fantastic! I was disappointed that the only basic necessity provided was 2 rolls of toliet paper (2 bedroom) and a roll of paper towels. Everything else, including trash bags, we had to buy. Pretty minor flaw. Our overall experience was fantastic. The building and condo we rented was very clean, very well maintained, and Resort Rentals were extremely professional and friendly.

Our only criticism would be the floors were quite dirty and the sheets on the beds were uncomfortable. Once we washed them and remade the beds it was much better.A few things were missing from the kitchen (utensils) but we made it work.A cutting board would be a nice addition though.We would stay there again however...!

It is a beautiful beach and resort property, family friendly, quiet, peaceful, location, yet close to everything. Bldg. 10 is beside the pool which is so convenient. Tile floors in the unit are a bonus for people with allergies. The bed in master is super comfy. Second bedroom needs new pillows and light from outside walkway shines through blinds. Did not appear to have a pull-out bed in living room. Need hooks or more racks to hang towels in bathrooms. Overall a bright, well-maintained unit with beautiful view! Resort Rental staff is marvelous to deal with!

Our time at Lands end. Early March 2014

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location, especially on the gulf side a couple of noisy bars on the channel side.We stopped in the office to check in about a possible early check in. We were told they would call our cell when ready. We received the call at 3pm. We went to the office for the keys and info. We arrived at the rental around 3:30. The service was surprised to see us, she did not speak or understand English. We returned a 4:30...service person was done and gone.Overall the rental was not updated as were told at booking. The furniture is very worn and some not so comfortable.Kitchen wasn’t sufficiently stocked with accessories and no dish washing detergent. It appeared that the kitchen items had been washed with out any auto dish washing detergent. We purchased auto dish soap and ran a load thru the dishwasher. Information about this specific rental would be appreciated. 3-ring binder? ie: locating the lint trap in the dryer. Setting the thermostat for a/c-heat, suggested restaurants in the area, rental equipment and location etc.The TV in the living room needs to be adjusted. The picture is larger then the screen and doesn’t fit. We learned to wear our sandals while in the rental. The bottom of your feet were black from the tile floor.We located one beach chair in the 2nd bedroom. The WiFi worked perfectly.The towel rack bamboo rods in the bathrooms sag. The toilet paper holder in the master bath is a joke along with the space between the toilet and closeness to the wall.This condo rental unit needs attention to details from the owners or those responsible for it. In the future I would by pass this specific rental unit for another unit in the lands end development. I’m sure other units have better accommodation with attention to details for the same money. The location is the best thing going for lands end.We do expect to hear back from you with regards to our experience

I organised a trip for 5 families all had their own apartments, Everyone was very happy with apartments and facilities. Family from UK and Canada would all come back again. This is the second year in a row we had to call for a repair man the first day there (toilet). The lighting in the kitchen was defect and the electrical outlets need tobe replaced in the living room (loose internal contacts).The screen doors in the master bedroom had tears and holes in them (mosquitoes!) The exhaust fan in the first bathroom sounds like it has loose parts in it and the sink drains very slowly.

Wonderful and relaxing stay

We had a great time at Land’s End and really enjoyed the unit we were in (10-403). The view of the beach, water and sunsets was breathtaking. The unit had everything we needed. It was a good spot for our family ( with young children) as it was quiet, yet close to shops and restaurants. We would return in a heartbeat and highly recommend this place.

wonderful vacation

The condo was great,everything you would want for wonderful time. The rooms were a good size and any small issues we had were sorted quickly by the management company. But the best feature for us was the view and the close proximity to the beach 🏖.just what I needed after a long damp year in Scotland. We will return again on our travel to Florida in the near future.
