Parkshore Grill is a Beach Drive institution known for its chef-driven modern American menu, waterfront patio, and multiple Golden Spoon awards. Red Mesa Mercado in the EDGE District serves bold Latin and Mexican flavors with an extensive tequila and mezcal list. The EDGE District itself is lined with craft breweries and independent restaurants, all within easy walking or biking distance.

• The primary guest must be at least 18 years of age to check in.
• This is a non-smoking property.
• Light touch housekeeping is provided, Monday–Friday for stays less than 7 nights. Full service cleaning is provided weekly on stays more than 7 days. Light touch housekeeping is provided all other days, and housekeeping is available on the weekends by request.
