Enjoy beautiful sunsets on the Gulf of Mexico from our large, three-bedroom/two-bath, beachfront condo. Enjoy watching dolphins as they glide past the balcony. And enjoy viewing protected sea bird and turtle nesting grounds on the home's private beach access.

This corner unit features a water view on two sides. Amenities include a swimming pool, fireplace, cable with 4 flat screen TVs, high speed internet, DVD, full size washer/dryer in unit, and covered parking directly next to the elevator. This unit has a total of 2 assigned parking spaces. Kitchen is fully stocked with everything you will need to enjoy your stay (not including food!) Newly updated kitchen, linens, and furniture will make your stay feel like you are at home.

The condo is close to shopping, golfing, tennis, shelling, fishing, beach trolley, and many fine restaurants. Orlando theme parks are only 1.5 hours away. Busch Gardens, professional baseball, hockey, and football are even closer.

A wonderful, relaxing, vacation is awaiting you here!. There are great restaurants within walking distance and a first class massage therapist is available.

Please note this condo does have a Ring Video Doorbell and an interior chime that will alert you of any visitors.

Note: This building can not accommodate/does not have charging for electric vehicles.

Our home away from home.

This was our second stay in Julie's IRB condo and I swear I'd move in permanently if it was an option. It felt as comfortable as home, but with a better view. I'm not sure how she managed to give us 6 cloudless days, but thank you. While the condo exceeds expectations in every way, it is the communication with Julie that provides true peace of mind. She was there before and during our stay to make sure our questions were answered -- she went above and beyond. Go no further -- book this place!

Beach paradise

Very spacious condo with all the comforts of home. Loved that both teens had their own room! Well stocked kitchen included some seasonings, condiments, aluminum foil, ziplock bags, soaps, new sponge. Beds have nice linens and comfy mattresses, plenty of towels/toiletries in both bathrooms. Storage room has several beach chairs, a boogie board, skim boards and more. We walked miles up and down the beach and found a bunch of shells. This area of the beach never gets super crowded either. Easy walk to restaurants, bars, ice cream, parks, shops, rental equipment, and more. Julie was a great hostess with excellent communication. There were no issues during our stay and I would definitely recommend.

Our Best Stay Yet!

This may be my favorite VRBO stay. Not only was the condo beautiful and well maintained, it seemed to be stocked with everything we could possibly need!! I'll have to admit my favorite spot was the balcony and its gorgeous ocean views. But my grandsons' (ages 4 and 6) fave spot was the beach--thanks, Julie, for the beach items we found in the storage room. Perfect! Though we had a couple chilly, windy days, we found lots to entertain ourselves. From putt-putt golf to the aquarium, the boys had a blast. Plus there were so many walkable restuarants and bars that we never went hungry or thirsty :-)Julie was absolutely the best host, so easy to communicate with. Thanks so much for sharing your lovely condo with our group of winter-weary Iowans!

The Gulf Beach right Outside

So convenient to walk the beach in the morning or anytime. We enjoy Pickleball so it was easy to walk two blocks to the open Pickleball courts. We even saw a wonderful full moon set over the Gulf of Mexico. At 7:30 in the morning.

Beautiful place to stay on the beach in IRB

My family of four, consisting of my spouse and two children, arrived in our beloved beach town of IRB to commemorate our 25th wedding anniversary. We had been visiting IRB for nearly two decades, primarily with my in-laws, but this time, we sought a place to stay that offered our own three-bedroom condo. The location of the condo was simply perfect. It sat right on the beach, providing us with a breathtaking panoramic view of the ocean. Additionally, it was conveniently situated near our favorite stores and restaurants, making it an ideal choice for our stay. The condo itself was immaculate and boasted a stylish and modern decor. The owner was incredibly kind and accommodating throughout our entire trip, ensuring that we had a smooth and enjoyable experience. We will definitely consider staying at this condo again in the future, provided that we can find a time when it is not booked. We want to express our sincere gratitude for all the effort and attention you put into making our stay so memorable.

everything about the condo and the host were to notch. We've stayed at many condos on IRB...and this was the best. The location, the pool, the amenities and communication with the host were superb. Highly recommend.

Best Deal on the Beach!

This property is amazing! Sparkling clean, totally stocked, and great communication with the owner. I stayed here with my 3 adult children and 2 grandkids and we had plenty of room. Lots of restaurants and things to do in the area and the view was amazing. I would definitely recommend this place and hope to return soon.

Wonderful Stay!

Arrived and the cleaning service was just finishing up…..I was greeted and even helped hauling my groceries to the condo. She was very kind very helpful. Condo was great as I expected. Issue with elevator not working but this of course was not on the owner. Regardless she was on it immediately and it was repaired quickly. No doubt I will return sometime down the road.

We had a wonderful stay! The condo was very spacious and very clean. The living space was laid out perfectly. The tv’s being mounted on the wall was great and allowed for even more space in all rooms. The living room couch was very comfortable and the large dining table was accommodating. Having ceiling fans in every room allowed for great air flow. The kitchen had everything we needed. It was nice to have a traditional 12 cup coffee maker. Being heavy coffee drinkers, we like those so much better than the keurig types. The beach was easily accessible and very nice! The neighborhood across the street was also nice for walking. The building was small and very quiet. Everyone we talked to was very friendly. The balcony was great! The tall captains chairs and table were a huge plus. The chairs were very comfortable and allowed for unobstructed views since they were higher than the railing. Meals and the views of the gulf and sunsets from the balcony were wonderful! Julie was an excellent host. Communicating with her was easy and timely. Check in and check out went smoothly. We would absolutely return in the future.

The BEST Vrbo rental EVER.

Felt like home - only better!! This home was stocked with EVERYTHING we could think of and more. Beautifully furnished, super comfy, perfect location, impeccably clean, tons of space, and did I mention STOCKED? Xvept for the beach, we hardly left - because we didn’t have to. Thanks to Julie who was SUPER responsive before, during and after our visit. The best host!! We couldn’t have asked for more!!! 💜

Perfect Location, Amazing Sunsets, Clean/Updated VRBO

This VRBO was the perfect condo for my family (spouse and 8-year-old son). It had the perfect view of the beach and the sunsets were amazing. Beach access was very easy and my son and I used the boogie boards provided from the storage unit. The VRBO host was extremely responsive and polite whenever we needed anything. It is a well-stocked VRBO featuring coffee makers, toaster, pots, pans, utensils, and more. The beds were very comfortable, the linens clean, and the high water pressure was terrific. Overall, my family enjoyed our stay in the Indian Rocks Beach area and would stay at this VRBO again.

Beautiful beachfront vacation

We thoroughly enjoyed the condo and the amenities were great. The condo was spotless and checkin/out was super easy. The neighborhood is very quiet and clean, with several restaurants within walking distance. We would highly recommend this property to families as well as anyone who enjoys beautiful sunsets and the beach!
