Please note: Holiday Villas III Condominium is currently undergoing an exterior balcony, concrete, and painting restoration project. Work on the Intracoastal side, where this unit is located, has already been completed, so construction noise is minimal, the balcony remains fully accessible, and the views are unaffected. Typical construction hours are Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 4 PM. The pool remains open during most of the project.
