This is not a party house, however and this duplex is nestled into a quiet and safe neighborhood.

This home is 30 minutes from St Pete airport and 45 minutes from Tampa International Airport. It is half a mile to John's Pass and walking distance to lots of shops and restaurants and a 4 minute walk to the public beach and snack bar.
