Welcome to Hacienda by the Sea, a waterfront coastal retreat designed for relaxed family trips, multigenerational stays and getaways with friends.



This 1,800-square-foot home features four bedrooms, three bathrooms, water views, a private pool and a private dock. Enjoy the ease of gathering together in open living spaces, then step outside to unwind beside the water.



Open Great Room, Dining and Modern Kitchen



The heart of the home is its open-concept great room, featuring vaulted beamed ceilings and walls of windows that bring the pool and water views inside.



The living area includes a large sectional sofa, dual ceiling fans and a Smart flat-screen TV. It flows into the dining area, which seats six guests, and the fully equipped modern kitchen.



The kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, generous counter space, ample cabinetry and counter seating for four guests.



Bedrooms and Bathroom Layout



Hacienda by the Sea offers four comfortable bedrooms:



Primary bedroom: King-size bed and ensuite bathroom with shower

Second bedroom: King-size bed

Third bedroom: Queen-size bed

Fourth bedroom: Two bunk beds, each with a full-size bed on the bottom and twin-size bed on top



The home includes three bathrooms:



Primary ensuite bathroom with shower

Bathroom with tub/shower combination

Family-suite bathroom with shower

Private Pool, Covered Patio and Water Views



Sliding glass doors open to a private outdoor oasis overlooking the pool and water.



The screened, covered patio includes a ceiling fan, lounge seating and an outdoor dining table—an inviting place for dockside coffee, poolside meals or an evening together after a day at the beach.



Pool heat is available from October through April.



Private Dock and 10-Minute Walk to Beach Access



The private boat dock is available for guest use and offers an easy way to enjoy the waterfront setting. Please note that the boat lift is not available.



The nearest beach access is approximately a 10-minute walk from the home. Nearby, guests can also explore sugar-sand beaches, waterfront dining, shops and the relaxed Gulf Coast lifestyle.

Guests will receive a code to access the home. The private pool, screened patio and boat dock are available for guest use; the boat lift is not available.



Owner storage spaces are securely locked and are not available for guest use.

Spend your days on the water and your evenings exploring everything the coast has to offer.



Other Things to Note:

AGE REQUIREMENTS. We will not rent to vacationing students, spring breakers or singles under 25 years of age. The majority of the group must be over the age of 25, unless its a family. Any reservation made under false pretenses will be subject to eviction and forfeiture of advance payment of rent and deposits.



Owner Spaces: Please note that the property includes storage spaces designated for the owner's use. These spaces are securely locked and are not to be accessed or opened by anyone. Spaces will vary in size depending on the storage needs of the owner.
