LIVING AREA
Unwind into vacation mode on the sofa and two armchairs in the beautifully appointed living area. In the evening, settle in to enjoy favorite shows on the smart TV.

KITCHEN & DINING
Home chefs will love the sleek kitchen, equipped with granite countertops, a double basin sink, and a full suite of stainless steel appliances.

While dinner simmers, perch at the four-person kitchen bar. When it’s time to eat, gather at the dining table for six.

This Key West style home sleeps six guests between the two bedrooms, each featuring direct deck access

This house is adorable with plenty of room and amenities. I loved that the supplies were provided and that there wasn’t a laundry list of items that needed done before checkout. This is the first VRBO house I’ve rented that truly felt like I was staying in a hotel and didn’t have to do a bunch of extra work. The homeowner was very communicative and responsive. She sent a bunch of helpful information in an email before we arrived. The house is very close to the main Gulfport strip so we walked over there every day. The food choices were excellent. We went to Clearwater Beach twice, Tampa once, and Saint Petes twice. All are very easy to get to with a short drive time. All locations are worth visiting. Highly recommend staying here!

Great second stay

We returned for a second stay and once again the property didn’t disappoint The location A two minute walk and you are on Main Street with all the restaurants shops cafes and beach Pias Italian restaurant and O’Maddys were our favouritesThe property is as described and better we returned to this property because it has all the amenities you could desire. Very Comfortable beds great outside spaces We enjoyed sitting on the front porch with the last coffee of the evening You are a genuine 15 minute drive to downtown St Pete’s with the Pier restaurant and boutiques and much more, a must visit area 20 minute drive to St John’s village and Boardwalk Passes a grille our favourite beach by far and St Pete’s Beach All driven and testedComms with Susan was excellent and she has a visitors book with hints and tip's and is available if you need her when you are at the property I wholeheartedly recommend this cottahe and hope to return for a third visit next year!!

Fun Week in Gulfport

Our family gathered in Gulfport/St. Pete in April. Loved the location, the friendly and eclectic Gulfport downtown and easy access to so many activities. The house is spacious, well-stocked and comfortable. Thanks to host, Susan, who responded quickly to my questions. We would come back again!

Walkable, friendly Gulfport

We so enjoyed our stay in Gulfport at this home with lots of outdoor spaces to relax and dine. Everything was in order and well appointed. The house was equipped with essential condiments which allowed us to easily make meals. It's a stone's throw from restaurants, galleries, and the beach, plus everyone was so friendly. Hopefully, we'll have an opportunity to return.

The house is very nice and comfortable and even though very close to the main street, it's very quiet. The back yard is a lovely sanctuary. Gulfport is a wonderful community to hang out in. SumitrA is a must visit.

Amazing Time!

We had the best time on this trip - and this house was just PERFECT for our family. It's exactly as pictured and described - but truly is even better than the description, because Susan is such a wonderful and accommodating host. Once she found out we would have our kids, she quickly offered some useful kids amenities - above and beyond what was necessary - but truly appreciated! The house is beautiful, clean, and well-stocked with EVERYTHING you might need. The beds were so comfortable and we enjoyed the outdoor space (despite the Florida summer heat!). It's walking distance to several great shops and restaurants, and even the beach and a couple great playgrounds for the kids. I will recommend this to anyone needing to stay in the area - my only fear is that it won't be available next time we visit - as I would absolutely stay here again!

Gulfport district vacay

This was a crazy vacay due to a tropical storm for the first 2-3 days but we had an enjoyable time as a family! There were also some tiny bumps during the stay but easily resolved in minutes. Susan was easy to contact and had solutions at any given point. The house was equipped with essentials but not overbearing in anyway! I’d recommend staying at her place. Her home is located steps away from Gulfport district, beach, and park. There are multiple beaches to drive to as well. The home is absolutely adorable, comfy, and conveniently located.

Wonderful experience!

This was our second stay at the property and we will be staying every time we are in the area. The house is great as is the homeowner. We got to meet her this trip and she was wonderful. It's walking distance to the main street area with great little spots to eat, drink, and grab some souvenirs. Highly recommend this property.

Great cottage Great Town

The cottage was exactly as advertised very clean and excellent decor A real find Located in a street just off the Main Street Literally a two minute walk and you are amount the restaurants and shops of Gulfport The cottage itself had everything listed and the outside area was a nice spot to chill We had no issues during our stay Gulfport has many restaurants our favourites Pias Italian, O’Maddy’s American, thoroughly recommend, and shops a couple of coffee shops and bars Extremely friendly locals Gulfport is also a great base location tis approximately 15 minute drive to St Petersburg Pier and Beach 20 mins to Pass a grille beach and Johns Boardwalk We intend on coming back Thank you for a great vacation

Lovely home in the perfect location

Absolutely beautiful home! Loved that it is walking distance to Gulfport restaurants, shops, and waterfront, and an easy drive to downtown St. Pete. The outdoor space is fantastic and feels very private- as stunning as the house was, this was probably my favorite aspect of the property. As others have mentioned, just about any incidentals you need are provided. The host was helpful and quick to reply when I had a question.

Feels like Home

This property is in such a great location. Close the great restaurants, friendly bars, and shops in this super friendly little beach town, yet this home is very peaceful and quiet. The house feels like home. It is so comfortable with lots of big windows. The photos are accurate. You will not be disappointed.
