This property is a unique find! EXCELLENT LOCATION! Gulfside! Ground Floor! Walk out to the beach and sink your toes in the sand from this first floor unit. This property offers private beach access steps from your front door! The property has a total of 3 units. The common areas are shared among guests. Enjoy some time in the pool overlooking the Gulf or have a beachside BBQ on the patio! Everything about this space is relaxing and convenient. Walk to restaurants/coffee shops and more!
The space
This apt offers 2 bedrooms - (1) queen bed, (1) Twin with trundle and a full size sleeper sofa in the living room. This unit can accommodate up to 6 guests however please keep in mind that is with 2 on a sleeper sofa. There is one bathroom with a walk-in shower. (1) one parking space available for your use. The unit will come equipped with basic kitchen essentials and basic toiletries to get you started for your stay. This unit does not have central heat for the few cold days here in Florida. (space heaters provided if needed) Window units for A/C. Approx 650-700sq.ft.

We do have (one) pack n play and (one) high chair available for our guests to use. These are available on a first come first serve basis. Please note in your reservation if you will be requiring either or both of those items.

Our rentals come with 2 beach chairs, towels and misc beach items for complimentary use while staying with us. Washer and dryer available in the garage.

Please note: The pool and hot tub are not heated. Hot tub does not work. This apartment has individual wall units for A/C and no heat. Space heaters are provided for the few cold nights we have in Florida :)

You will have your own digital entry code to this unit. Code will be provided the day of check-in. If bringing a vehicle please be sure to park in the space in the front of the building marked "Garden" Please note: This is your allotted space. Please do not park in any of the other spaces as they are assigned to other guests.
