Welcome to Kima #105 – Your Gulf Front Getaway in Beautiful Madeira Beach!
Step into paradise, a direct Gulf-front condo offering breathtaking, unobstructed views of the sparkling Gulf of America! From the moment you walk in, you’ll be greeted by a bright and inviting space designed for comfort and relaxation.
The well-equipped kitchen comes fully stocked with everything you need to prepare meals and entertain with ease. Here you will also find the stackable in unit washer and dryer. The open-concept living and dining area flows seamlessly onto a spacious private balcony, perfect for morning coffee, sunset cocktails, or simply soaking up the views of the heated pool and sugar-white sands below.
The primary suite is a true retreat, featuring a king-size bed and floor-to-ceiling Gulf views, so you can drift off to sleep to the soothing sounds of the waves. The ensuite bathroom has been recently updated and includes a walk-in shower for your comfort and convenience.
The second bedroom offers two twin beds, ideal for families or friends traveling together.
Located in the intimate 30-unit Kima complex, guests enjoy access to a newly renovated, Gulf-side heated pool, a secure keyed lobby, and a peaceful, well-maintained atmosphere. We saw beautiful sunsets from our balcony. The Condo was clean and well appointed. We appreciated the beach towels, chairs, umbrellas and coolers. Since we book off season, there were times it felt like we had the beach to ourselves.We definitely would consider staying there again

The main issue we had was that the property was advertised to have a pool. That was very important to us as we were traveling with a 7mo old to Florida in August. It’s the only filter we had on when searching. There was a pool but it wasn’t open and the story kept changing as to why. We were never offered any compensation and the whole thing seemed very dishonest. Besides that it’s a nice condo in a good location. We did have to exterminate one cockroach but it didn’t seem to be an issue. The condo was clean and stocked with a lot of extras.

This condo was SPECTACULAR! We have been staying at Kima for several years and this by far was our favorite unit. The decor was beautiful and well maintained furniture, etc. Everything we needed was there. Communication was great also. Of course as always, the sunsets were gorgeous from the beach or the balcony. Our only fuss was that the pool was closed all week.

Listing Spot On

Spring Break 2025

Great to see Madeira Beach continuing to recover from the hurricane. We had enjoyable time! Balcony is great for sunset watching and hearing the ocean. Pool had just opened and chairs put back out at end end of our stay.

Family Vacation

The actual unit was nice, updated kitchen, furniture etc… The area was nice with a good ocean and beach front location. There were just a couple of things that were disappointing for us. We specifically rented this property because it had a heated pool on the beach and the pool heater was broke the entire time we were there. Seaside properties was awesome to communicate with, they were really on-top of it with communication ahead of our trip to make sure we had our codes and parking passes etc… One other disappointment, renters before us tweaked the screen door on the master so someone duct taped it shut, we couldn’t use it, and the bedroom window wouldn’t shut all the way, it was crooked and tweaked so my sons’ could hear traffic and such all night. Had to stuff towels around it to try to drown out some of the noise.

Madeira Relaxation

Our condo was very clean and looked great. Loved that there was a washer and drier in the unit. Liked to wake up in the morning and look out the patio doors to the ocean or look out patio doors from the living room as well. Only thing that wasn’t perfect was the security gate to beach was broken and left unlocked all the time and then on our last day the security door to stairwell seemed to not function either. But you could at least get to your condo through the elevator. Fantastic relaxing time in a well kept condo. We would stay there again.

Fantastic!

Couldn’t have asked for a nicer place! Very pleased with the cleanliness of the whole condo. All of the furnishings were new and updated. Plus there were several extras in the room for use- beach toys, cooler, chairs, games. The location was close to everything we wanted to do and the pool was nice too! The thermostat on the air conditioner did stop working once but I messaged the property owner and within 15 minutes she called me and had the repair guys there very quickly, who easily fixed it. I’ll definitely bring my family back to this unit again! Thanks for a great place to stay!

Comfortable condo with all amenities of home

The condo was very comfortable, clean, spacious, and accommodating. Appliances and kitchen utensils were high quality. Many amenities like beach towels, cooler, washer / Dryer, and beach chairs were available. Condo is close to grocery and restaurants. The sofas were a little weak in the springs but looked decent. Patio was nice with high top tables and chairs. The A/C worked well. Pool was clean, but dated. No shaded areas for pool. The lobby was shabby, and elevator was slow, hot and dirty; not good first impressions. Beach was clean. Reserved parking spot was nice. We felt very comfortable in the condo.

Perfect vacation location

We travel to Florida every year for the week of the 4th of July and have done this for years. This condo is by far the cleanest, nicest and best location we have ever rented. The check in and out process was easy and convenient. The location is close to everything you would want or need yet you don’t feel like you’re in the middle of chaos like the Clearwater area. The beach itself is a very short walk from the condo and is gorgeous. You literally walk down the stairs or take the elevator down to the ground level and take a couple steps and you’re on the beach. It’s not overly crowded and is beautiful. We saw manatees 3 of the 7 days swimming by and of course dolphins daily from our balcony. This condo is the perfect getaway if you want a clean place to stay that has everything you need to just simply enjoy the days relaxing in the sun and warm water. Management was also prompt every time we communicated.

Summer vacation

This place was fully stocked with everything you needed. Had cleaning supplies and pots and pans. Had beach chairs and umbrellas but can also purchase them as well if you wanted lay out chairs on the beach. The only complaint I have is the ice maker does not put off a lot of ice so when we got there someone prior to us had purchased a bag of ice and left it for us so we did the same for people staying after us. Otherwise everything else was perfect!!!

Gorgeous

Gorgeous was one word to describe the beach and the condo. We had one day of Red Tide and then the beach cleaning crew came every day. Would have been better to have a full size bed instead of 2 twins for our friends. Also we could have used an additional parking spot for our friends. We worked this out and had an awesome time! Definitely a family friendly beach, even during spring break.

Great stay!

Our condo was perfect! Just exactly as it was listed. Enjoyed having extra towels, some condiments and paper products. It was in a great location for shopping and restaurants. The only downside was the “red tide” which caused a lot of coughing and sneezing.
