This one bedroom one bath condo provides you with everything you need for a perfect beach getaway! You will be steps from the beach, a heated pool and various resort amenities for you to use.

The apartment has been completely renovated with modern appliances in the kitchen and a wine fridge in the living area. Smart TV in the living area and a wonderful view from your private balcony. Sleeping for 4 with a King suite bedroom and a pull out sofa in the living area.

There is a year round heated pool with WIFI, loungers and seating. The resort offers shuffleboard courts, a grilling area, and several picnic tables. Beach access is directly across a few rows of parking for access within a minute or two. Included with the condo is beach equipment including beach chairs, a buggy and an umbrella. You will also have a digital parking pass for one passenger vehicle.

I reside locally and my team and I are always on hand to help with anything you need. We are committed to our Guests` happiness and strive for glowing reviews, so you can count on us to be there whenever you require assistance.

-This condo is on the 2nd floor and there is NO elevator.
-Whatever complimentary beach equipment is in the unit is there for you to use. We cannot guarantee the quantity or quality as they are frequently in use.
-One (1) paid parking pass per condo.
- Responsible party booking and staying must be 22 or older.
- Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am, you are close in proximity to others.
- This is a NO smoking property, including outdoor private and common areas. No illegal use of drugs or medicinal marijuana on property.
- Absolutely no pets or emotional support animals, no exceptions can be made!
- Towels and belongings cannot be draped on balconies/railings/bushes.
- Guests are responsible for removing all personal belongings upon check-out. We cannot be held liable for any items left behind.
