Florida Ranch Style House on 2 acres in an equestrian neighborhood

Florida ranch style house 1/1 with comfortable living room, full kitchen, and outdoor patio area. Lots of outdoor space to enjoy with walking trails nearby plus several acres of open land to relax and wander.
Electric range, coffee maker, fridge, freezer, microwave, breakfast nook, wireless internet with internet-enabled TV in the living room area. The carport has been converted into a relaxing outdoor area with a ceiling fan and table. The outdoor grilling area is available for guests and includes a new stainless gas grill.
The large primary bedroom is great for the grown-ups and has lots of room for a crib if you are traveling with an infant.
Kids can sleep in the living room on the couch or on an air mattress.
A fire ring is available in the backyard during the winter months to roast marshmallows and tell stories.
Please note that a washer & dryer are currently not available at this property.

Country feel in the city

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house was very clean, comfortable and well stocked with everything we needed. Lindsey was responsive and helpful, giving us restaurant and walking trail advice. The covered patio and back yard were awesome and the chickens were great neighbors. It was an easy drive to St Pete, Tarpon Springs, Dunedin and Tampa Airport. We would definitely recommend for 2 people.

Quiet in the middle of everything.

This place was a little slice of heaven. Peace and quiet, yet close to everything! We enjoyed sitting outside with our coffee, listening to the birds and enjoying the view., to start our day. The bed is comfortable (and so is the couch!). a quiet, comfortable stay, which was exactly what we were looking for! Thank you Lindsey!

Great Place

This home is an older home with updated kitchen. It was very clean and comfortable. The owner was very responsive to our request and exceeded my expectation. The yard is very beautiful and the neighborhood quiet and peaceful. Looking forward to staying there on my next visit to Florida.

Great place to stay

We really enjoyed our stay. The house had all that we needed. We were in Pinellas Park to visit with family and the covered patio made for an excellent space to be outside and chat together. The yard was beautiful! Inside was spacious and the sofa and bed were both quite comfortable. We hope to stay here again the next time we're in Florida.

Fantastic property!

A little hideaway nestled into the heart of a city briming with fun activities, sites to see and adventures waiting to be discovered. This house, hidden away in the St. Petersburg / Clearwater area, was so much more than I expected. The location is what originally interested me in the house. Less than 9 miles from the beaches, less than 12 miles from beautiful Downtown St. Petersburg, 45 minutes from Busch Gardens and close enough for a day trip to the Disney parks. But what really struck me upon arriving at the house, was how it felt like a little bit of “peace and quiet”, hidden in the middle of the city. Driving to the house I could see all the amenities of home, with restaurants and shopping, but once I turned down the road to the house, it was like I was transported into the country, with big trees and the sound of horses in the distance. Walking outside into the enormous back yard, you would never know you were even in the city. The house itself was perfect. Walking inside I was impressed by the large sitting area with a big comfortable couch and smart tv, which allowed us to relax and enjoy some down time, when we were not out exploring the sites. The Wi-Fi worked great for the few times I needed to log in to work (although this was something I tried to avoid as much as possible, because this was vacation!) The beds were extremely comfortable, and the kitchen was much larger than I expected. One item I noted was that the house did not have central A/C, but instead had individual window A/C units cooling the house. I found that these windows units kept the house extremely comfortable during our entire trip! Overall, the property location was fantastic, the house itself was cozy and a perfect place to relax, and interacting with the property owner was fantastic. This is a place I would definitely stay again!

Country Living in Pinellas

Lindsey has a beautiful slice of country nestled in Pinellas Park! The property is large and accomodating, even provides a horse stable next door, and chickens in the yard. Great place to stay for our family trip to Pinellas Park! Would highly recommend!

Excellent

This is located close to downtown St Pete and an easy drive to the beach. The neighborhood is cute with friendly neighbors. I appreciated the small town feel and the warm welcome from the property owner.
