Sea Club of Indian Shores is located on the intracoastal waterways in Pinellas County between the famous Clearwater & St. Peterburg beaches. This condo community is directly across the street from the pristine beaches on the Gulf of Mexico which is known for its sugary white sand, pristine water, terrific shelling, and fabulous shops and restaurants. Experience the surrounding towns by hopping on Suncoast Beach Trolley (PSTA) and enjoying the many sights and activities known to the area.

Arrival Instructions: Once your booking has been finalized, we will email you our contact information and booking confirmation. Be sure to check your SPAM folder for our emails.

The unit is being offered as a self-catering accommodation. The unit is stocked with enough basics to get you going for the first night. Should you run out of anything during your stay, you will need to provide your own supplies. Beds are made with fresh bed linens and bath towels are provided. Housekeeping services are only provided upon checking out. Smoking is NOT allowed at any of properties and will result in a fine charged to the guest.

Pet Policy: Dogs only are permitted in this vacation rentals and must be arranged in advance. Any unapproved pet is prohibited and could result in eviction and forfeiture of all monies paid. You are solely responsible for any damage or personal injury caused by your pet. One (1) dog up to 25 pounds is acceptable with a $150 non-refundable pet fee.

Accidental Damage Protection: INSURANCE as listed in Home away/-- "other charges" will cover up to $3,000 of unintentional damage to the rental unit that occurs during your stay. Intentional damage of damage that exceeds the maximum will be charged to the credit card on file. In lieu of the insurance a $3,000 damage deposit will be required upon final payment.
