This quaint Indian Rocks Beach neighborhood is perfect for a family vacation, girls' (or guys') weekend, business retreat, or local stay-cation. This cute and extremely safe neighborhood is perfect for walking, going for a bike ride or walking the dog.
It's surrounded by mom and pop restaurants, ice cream shops, boutique shops, and of course the BEACH!

*Please note, due to the hurricanes, the vegetation and greenery was damaged but is slowly returning and we are so excited to see that!

Your private condo has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, a full kitchen, living room with cozy living room, dining area, laundry room, and your own patio space. The large pool area is shared by the other units and is rarely occupied by more than 1 or 2 families at a time.


It is a short walk to many cafes, restaurants, and ice cream shops in Indian Rocks Beach. Rent 1 unit or rent 2, 3, or all 4 units if available (perfect for a family reunion, work trip, friendly get-together!) . Our unique space just got a face lift inside and outside, with a custom sea-scaped wall mural outside, new landscaping, and all new pool/patio furniture, as well and new paint, flooring, and furniture and decor.


Local shops are easily accessible and you can either walk, drive, or ride bikes to get anything you may need. Hop in an Uber or grab a taxi for a fun night out at many of the local establishments with cocktails and live music.

*The well behaved dogs of respectful pet owners are welcome, there is a $195 fee (2 dogs max)

*Please message us if you require early check-in and late check-out. Each are $35 pending availability and approval.
