Do you wanna build a Sandcastle Unit 206 (3/2 condo with direct Gulf of Mexico views)
This 3 bedroom 2 bathroom beachfront condo is right on the sands of Indian Shores and sleeps up to 8 guests. Located in Sandcastle I and on the 2nd floor this unit has direct Gulf of Mexico views and nice green lush landscaping right in front of the unit. The shared heated pool is located to the right of the unit. The balcony is covered with a fan and plenty of seating options to take in the gorgeous views.
**Attention: The pool has reopened. The spa/hot tub is still closed until further notice. Some landscaping and paving projects are still underway currently. Further construction is scheduled to take place from September through December. Expect to hear noise during the city's regulated construction hours, Monday through Saturday. Parking will be limited.**
**Attention: September 10th, 2025, Pinellas County began an important beach nourishment project. The project is scheduled out per each City and they have listed open and closed beach access points while they work on the project. For open accesses, please visit: Pinellas.gov/projects/2025-pinellas-county-beach-nourishment-project/

Kitchen: Updated and fully stocked for cooking! Refrigerator with ice/water dispenser, stove/oven, microwave, dishwasher, blender, toaster, tea kettle, and a drip coffee pot. Basic dishes and utensils are provided. Basic spices, cooking oil, and coffee filters and/or pods are not always available.
Dining Area: The dining room has a 6-top dining table.
Living Room: Has a nice seating area with a Queen sleeper sofa, TV, ceiling fan, and balcony access with plenty of seating and tables.
Bedroom #1: The master bedroom is located in the back left of the condo and directly faces the Gulf of Mexico. It has a king-sized bed, ceiling fan, TV, dresser, nightstands with lamps, 2 closets, and an en-suite bathroom.
Bathroom #1 (En-suite): The bathroom has a tiled stand-up shower, a high-top vanity, and extra counter space for getting ready.
Bedroom #2: Has a Queen-sized bed, nightstand with lamp, ceiling fan, TV, and a window that lets in nice lighting.
Bathroom #2: The guest bathroom is full-size with a toilet, vanity, and stand-up tiled shower.
Bedroom #3: Has a full-sized bed, ceiling fan, TV, nightstands with lamps, dresser, closet, and a window with nice lighting.
Laundry: Full-size washer and dryer located in the hallway closet right off the guest bathroom.
Outdoors: The heated shared pool is on the ground level and to the North of this unit. There is one free reserved parking space in the parking garage.
*Elevator on property! This unit is on the 2nd floor. The ground floor is parking.

Important Information
House Rules:
1. No smoking/vaping in the unit. No illegal substances on the premises. Violation of this policy will result in a smoke remediation fee ranging from $200-$500 depending on the severity.
2. No parties or events.
3. No pets. Please notify management of any service animals.
4. Adhere to the local noise ordinances.
Renting Requirement Policy: The guest booking the reservation must occupy the unit for the duration of the stay and is required to be 25 years of age minimum. Adults may not rent a unit for anyone under the age of 25, they must be actively present at the rental unit.
Maximum Guest Occupancy Policy: Adherence to occupancy policies and limits is strictly enforced. The guest count may not exceed the maximum guest occupancy at any point in time, including any pre-approved day guests. These policies are in place for your safety and the protection of the vacation home and the vacation rental industry. Violation of these policies may result in immediate eviction with complete forfeiture of all monies paid. Please contact management to request pre-approval for any day guests. Additional guests that will exceed the maximum occupancy will automatically be denied.
Toiletries: Guests should bring their own toiletries, dishwasher pods, and laundry pods. Each unit will have two rolls of toilet tissue per bathroom, soap for every sink, a trash bag, and at least one roll of paper towels in the kitchen. 2 dishwasher pods and 2 laundry pods are also provided if applicable to the rental. We provide one set of bath towels per guest. For guest convenience, we also provide beach towels. All linens are provided.
Parking: This unit provides 1 parking space. Guest parking is very limited and on a first come first serve basis.

The local area and towns have plenty to do during your stay such as local eateries, shopping, and watersports. The surrounding local area has some great day trips: Florida Botanical Gardens in Largo featuring holiday lights late Nov-Jan,1st, John's Pass Village and Boardwalk, Tampa Lowry Zoo, Florida Aquarium, Clearwater Aquarium, Sunken Gardens, Dinosaur World, Ellenton Outlet Malls, Children's Museums, enjoy a Tampa Bay Ray's game at Tropicana Field, a Buccaneers Football game in Tampa, or check out some of the pro baseball teams during their local Spring Training, also Disney World and downtown Disney is just two hours away.
