You’ll love your stay at this charming, cozy and clean one level bungalow. It offers a brand new, high quality renovation just blocks away from all the hot spots in downtown St. Pete and the gulf beaches. Just a couple of blocks away are the local coffee shop (Gypsy Souls Coffee), the local eatery (Uptown Eats), the local pharmacy (Walgreens) and a local restaurant with craft beer and cocktails (Bier Boutiques). The local grocery store (Rollin’ Oats) with a great beer and wine selection is within walking distance. The open layout coupled with stylish finishes and decor will make you feel right at home. The bungalow is fully stocked with everything you could imagine for your use! No need to bring anything but yourself, your swimsuit and some flip flops. This large and spacious one bedroom sleeps four comfortably and has two parking spots.

This sunny and bright space really goes beyond the basics in all facets. The queen sized memory foam bed features a pillow top mattress with high end pillows, sheets and comforters. Extra pillows and blankets are available in the large closet. Large dresser and night stand available to unpack your belongings for the length of your stay. There are plenty of hangers, shelves and shoe boxes in the closet. There are places to plug in and charge your devices (charging cords are provided). Ceiling fans are provided in the bedroom and living room to keep you cool on those hot summer nights.

Kitchen is well-stocked with Cuisinart appliances and devices to make your stay that much more comfortable. Extras include electric wine opener, wine fridge, Ninja Blender, Instantpot, toaster and Kuerig Coffee Maker. Both the refrigerator and the faucet in the kitchen feature clean filtered water and clean ice from the freezer door.

Living Room features are large comfortable leather couch, two leather recliners and a large 65” smart 4K LED TV with access to Amazon Prime and Netflix. There is a super capacity washer and dryer with detergent and fabric softener in the laundry room right off the kitchen. The bathroom includes a plenty of towels, soap, shampoo and conditioner along with hair dryer and iron. Guests can access the bungalow with a 4 digit PIN that will be provided prior to check-in.

St Pete Stay

Our host Dan was very accommodating and checked in with us during our stay. His place was very clean and felt like home-away-from-home. House was close to eateries, pharmacies, grocery store and much more. It was also very well stocked with kitchen necessities. We will certainly be returning to Dan’s place!

Perfect place to explore St-P

Stayed here for 4 or 5 days while in St-P. This place is exactly as idlt is portraited in VRBO. Owner was very comunucative, and I had no issues. Everything is as you'd expect. It's a great place to stay if exploring St-P.

Perfect Stay in Old Town St. Pete!

Conveniently located in Old Town, within walking distance to downtown, the water, and restraurants. Easy access off the highway to reach the beaches. Dan was a wonderful host, providing recommendations for our visit. The house is perfectly appointed, clean and comfortable, to include lots of weights/yoga mats to stay fit during your stay! Would highly recommend.

Everything one needs is provided: clean space, shampoo/creme rinse, body wash, coffee pot, blender etc. Super easy to downtown, restaurants/Museums and 375 exit to Tampa. Can't make things easier than this. Dan was a super and professional host.

No Detail Overlooked

As other reviews have indicated, this is an excellent property! Danny provides his guests with everything you'll need and more. No detail is overlooked. The house was very clean and updated. The house also included not only basic supplies but also the extra comforts like kleenex, hand lotion, shampoo, and body wash. The bed was very comfortable too. We enjoyed walking to Uptown Eats for coffee and pastries most mornings. Great neighborhood spot. It was a great stay in St. Pete. Thanks Danny!

A Comfortable Stay All Around

Dan was fantastic--excellent communications and recommendations, and his property was nicely appointed. The high ceilings make this bungalow feel even bigger. He has thought of everything you might want or need. The mattress was so comfortable! We felt safe and secure, and we'd definitely consider staying here again.

Excellent location, walking distance to downtown shops and restaurants. A short drive to the beach. The space is beautifully decorated, very clean and modern with everything you need if you’d like to just stay in and cook your own meal or even cookout on the back patio. The bed was perfect, we slept great every night. There is a keypad to the front door which made for quick easy access. Owner would check in periodically via text to make sure we were enjoying our stay and asked if there was anything we needed. We absolutely loved our stay and will definitely be renting again!

Best rental ever!

My husband and I stayed here from 3/10-3/15/2022. We travel a fair amount and use VRBO often. This was my favorite rental ever. I was kind of obsessed with this home- I loved everything about it! There was NOT ONE detail missed and so many little extras that most do not ever think of! The home was extra well stocked with everything you could want or think of- and I mean everything!!!! From the wine frig to the weights, yoga mats, foam back roller, coffee, computer monitor and workstation setup, usb cords of all types in multiple locations, towels for beach, chairs, drinks in frig and extra of everything. The location was fantastic. St. Petersburg is a great city and we were minutes from downtown and a short drive to all the beaches. SO many great restaurants everywhere. We are scoping out places for retirement in 5 or so years as we are done with winters in NYS….this is one of our favorite cities. Too bad the real estate prices are outrageous at this time! Danny was a great host, excellent communication and always available. RENT THIS HOME- you won’t regret it!!!! We will definitely be back!!

Needed a getaway!

We were fortunate to find something affordable and available at the last minute! We found ourselves with an opportunity to go and then found this bungalow to stay in. Affordable, well located and spotless! The owner communicated very well, offered great suggestions and had everything we needed in the home! We were more than pleased with the experience! Winter Getaway

Exceptional! My husband and I stayed at Dan's property on the first leg of our winter getaway. We had a month long visit to Florida planned with St. Pete's being our first leg. Our experience at Dan's sure set the standard high for the rest of our trip. Everything was perfect - the property is immaculate with all the extra's you would need, he thought of everything. We had great communication with lots of suggestions of places we should see and eat. Our 10 day stay was wonderful, we loved St. Pete's ! Great time resting and recovering!

My wife and I needed a place to get away for our Baby-Moon before our 2nd daughter is born later this year! The place had everything we needed, and was very comfortable. Dan was available for any questions we had and went above and beyond to make it a great stay for us.

Dans place was awesome. You really got a feel for a neighborhood in St Pete. It was clean and spacious for just myself and my partner. He provided anything you could need including shampoo and sunscreen! Thanks for letting us stay.

Awesome stay!!!!

Huge shout out to Dan, a kind, thoughtful and courteous host for our mini vacation this past weekend. Your bungalow was extremely welcoming and comfortable. The accommodations with luxurious bedding, furniture and linens were five star worthy. The property was clean and well stocked with lots of little extras (like books, games, toiletries, sunscreen, beach chairs, towels, etc.) All that we needed to bring was our swim suits and flip flops. The weather could not have been more perfect. It was just the little get-away that we needed during this crazy pandemic. This property gets my highest recommendation. It is minutes from the airport and beaches and a short walk to all that the downtown are has to offer (restaurants, bars, museums and parks). We will definitely be back. Thanks for making us feel right at home.
