Welcome to the Coral Resort, a superbly located boutique hotel on Clearwater Beach. We're just 2 blocks from the sandy beach and right on the water with an uninterrupted view of dolphins and boats going by! The resort features its own private fishing dock, a year-round heated pool, and a tropical courtyard. An on-site daytime manager, and plenty of bars, restaurants, cafes, and shops right outside the door. Did we mention the free parking and wifi! Additionally, there will be active construction on weekdays between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding as we work to restore Coral Resort.



Welcome to our beautiful corner suite, Unit B-3. This studio suite (not ground floor) features an open layout, a shared balcony, and a beautiful view.

Professional Cleaning:

- The toiletries, paper towels, toilet paper, and coffee provided should last 3-5 days depending on consumption. Additional supplies may be available conditionally, but we cannot guarantee anything. If you run short, there are plenty of nearby stores to purchase more supplies!

- PESTS: While we regularly treat all of our homes for pests, it’s not uncommon to see pests because of the heat including cockroaches, ants, and spiders. Unfortunately, we don’t offer refunds for this, though we’re happy to come by as soon as possible if pests are spotted.



Please note, a rental agreement must be signed and a legal ID must be provided along with a verification photo. This all must be completed prior to arrival and has to be done digitally by phone or computer.

Guest Access:

The resort has 25-units. All of the major amenities are shared. The balcony for your unit is shared with the adjacent unit. It's a standing room only balcony.



LAUNDRY FACILITY: Guest laundry is available on site. Machines accept credit cards only. Regular machines are $2.50 per wash and $2.50 per dry. Larger machines are $3.00 per wash and $3.00 per dry.

This listing is professionally managed by the Tampa Vacation Collection. Note, we're not a part of the Coral Resort (this is a separate entity). We manage a select few units at the Coral. If you have any issues with the interior or any questions, please let us know! We're available to help 24/7.

Just relax and enjoy your trip, knowing little mishaps are taken care of. 🐜 Pest Note: We treat regularly, but Florida may have occasional pests. No refunds are issued for pest sightings, though we’re always happy to address concerns.



⚠️ Please be aware that certain situations beyond our control may occur, including construction or noise outside the unit, temporary closure of amenities, utility or city repairs, or other issues on neighboring properties or units. As these circumstances are beyond our control, we are unable to provide refunds for any related



🚼Pack ’n Plays must be requested in advance and are subject to availability. As these items are shared across our units, we kindly ask that you request one at the time of booking to confirm availability.

Interaction with guests



PLEASE NOTE:

- Additional supplies may be available conditionally, but we cannot guarantee anything. If you run short, there are plenty of nearby stores to purchase more supplies! The towels provided are intended for approximately the first 3 days of your stay. If you need to refresh them, you’re welcome to use the in-unit washer and dryer, or the laundry facilities available on the property (please note that laundry fees may apply). For stays of 5 nights or longer, you may request replacement towels, and we’ll do our best to provide them based on availability.



✓ ITEMS LEFT BEHIND. If a guest leaves personal items behind and requests their return, they are responsible for a $25 service fee plus packaging and shipping costs. We are not responsible for any loss or damage to left items once the guest has departed.
