Welcome to Bella 11

Bella Vita 11 is located in the heart of Indian Shores directly across from Salt Rock Grill. Bella 11 sits perched above the sandy shoreline with a beachfront balcony that offers magnificent views of the sparkling turquoise waters of the Gulf of Mom cottage that can accommodate 6 guests comfortably. There is not a pool at the complex. Bring the whole family and the dog (1 dog per unit) (20lb weight limit) to this 2 bedroom/2 bathroom off Gulf Of Mexico is so close you can taste the salt in the air.

BellaVita is a privately-owned complex of 4 units. The living area offers 2 sets of French doors that open directly up to the covered deck overlooking the beach. The primary bedroom offers a queen bed with an ensuite bathroom with a tub/shower combo. The guest bedroom has a full bed with a full size bathroom across the hall with a tub/shower combo. The living room boasts a coastal chic design that was recently updated with a new queen sleeper sofa and love seat. A shared laundry room is located at the complex for added convenience. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you will need for a home cooked meal and there are several great restaurants within walking distance. This beach cottage has everything you will need to make lasting beach memories!

Arrival Instructions: Once your booking has been finalized, we will email you our contact information and specific instructions for pick up keys at our local office. Be sure to check your SPAM folder for our emails.

Self-Catering: The unit is being offered as a self-catering accommodation. The unit is stocked with enough basics to get you going for the first night.. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you might need . Fresh bed linen and bath towels are provided. The complex is equipped with a community washer/dryer. At the end of your stay, wash and put away any dishes, empty the fridge and cupboards and take the trash out to the bins before you leave. A minimum charge of $300 will apply for missing linens and/or housekeeping services that exceed normal use. A minimum charge of $1,000 will apply for smoking in the property.

Transportation: The unit is located approximately 20 miles from Tampa International Airport, and 12 miles from St. Petersburg - Clearwater International Airport. Ground transportation is available through ridesharing services. Getting around Pinellas barrier-island beach towns is inexpensive, fun, easy, and convenient when you take advantage of the Pinellas Suncoast Beach Trolley (PSTA) service. The Suncoast Beach Trolley runs from Clearwater Beach (north) to Pass-A-Grille (south) and stops at specially marked "Trolley Stop" locations along the entire Gulf Blvd route.

Pet Policy: Dogs are permitted in this vacation rentals and must be arranged in advance. Any unapproved pet is prohibited and could result in eviction and forfeiture of all monies paid. You are solely responsible for any damage or personal injury caused by your pet. Only 1 dog permitted and must not weigh over 20lbs. is acceptable with a $150 non-refundable pet fee.

Accidental Damage Protection: INSURANCE as listed in Home away/-- "other charges" will cover up to $3,000 of unintentional damage to the rental unit that occurs during your stay. Intentional damage of damage that exceeds the maximum will be charged to the credit card on file. In lieu of the insurance a $3,000 damage deposit will be required upon final payment.

Perfect Beach Time

Arrived to a clean house that is just steps away from the beach with beautiful views of the sunsets from the deck. Premier Sotheby’s staff was great to respond quickly to our questions prior to our arrival and during our stay.

Property is fantastic! Amazing location with spectacular sunsets. Easy private beach access. Walking distance to all types of things to do. Great deck and pmenty of room for a mid size family or sm.

You can't beat the location and view

We stayed for 4 nights at the Bella Vita 11. The view is stunning and you are literally steps from the beach. Perfect. Unit 10 next to us was empty so we had the deck to ourselves and the beach in front of the property for the most part. We found a few minor issues with the unit that we informed the property manager about and were told they will be addressed. Overall, we were happy with our stay. The unit seemed clean when we arrived and the staff at Sun Vista were all very friendly and helpful.

Misleading

We rented this little condo going on the pictures and amenities listed. However when we arrived the pictures listed looked better than the condo did. The condo is in need of a renovation. The door handle broke off in my hand. Rusty cooking equipment and bad cookware. There are too many things wrong with this condo to sit here all day to type them out. Was told I would be getting a credit towards what I paid. But haven't seen one yet. Very dishonest host.

Cannot beat the location

The location is excellent, easy steps to the beach, we stayed in unit 11 facing the ocean so the view was perfect, no one else rented during out 4 night stay so it was almost like we had the place to ourselves besides the public walking in to enter the beach. It was wide open from the street near the property next door that is being built. And on Monday the gates were opened by their workers so an even larger opening for workers vehicles and the public trickling in and out. The room was super clean with everything we needed and more. The city water on the entire Blvd we think went out an hour or 3 one evening but they were quick to fix it. We're not picky or snooty about where we stay but a comfy couch, comfy beds, ice maker that works and door knobs that don't fly off when you open them are always a plus. Our small grill was in the bushes so we also used the one beside us. The trash cans to put your trash is on the street, not far at all but I somehow missed that instruction until I called. A broom was in the outdoor ground level laundry/storage room instead of inside so we could sweep up what sand we brought in. I meant to mention when I dropped off the keys at check out the siding or parts of the roof were below the deck upon arrival perhaps from a storm and about the deck entrance door knob. The satellite went out a lot, it sat on 3 as it counted down and just sat there forever, we finally pushed something on the box it showed it had downloaded 3 of 100+ applications so that's what it was doing, fine with us since we didn't have kids to entertain until it finished. We never called the satellite # we just waited on it to finish. You should bring a Chromecast stick or roku to use if you're TV watchers. Pet friendly was misleading because we assumed our total fee included pets and it did not. I told the truth and was charged $200 more, oh well you live and learn. The ac kept it very cool and comfy the entire time and although my sis and I would have preferred a queen sized bed to share we got good night sleeps with a pillow barrier. So much bedroom/on suite bathroom storage, I love the curved shower rod to add extra space in the shower, easy breezy parking. Thank you for entrusting us to stay in your quaint beachside slice of heaven. God Bless

Awesome beach house.

We stayed at this property for a family vacation and it was wonderful. Right on the beach with a great view. Close to tons of restaurants and activities for the family. Beach was clean and not crowded at all. This is a great spot for a family if you want to avoid the crowded beaches and have your own space right on the beach. We will definitely consider staying at this property in the future. Thank you for a great experience!!!!

Great getaway

The property is beautiful, views tremendous, easy access to beach. And clean! The only reason I'm giving 4 Stars is it is in need of new couch and chairs. Very poor condition.

The property had a great view, close to everything, well stocked overall. The beds were extremely uncomfortable, so bad had to sleep separately to get any sleep. The internet kept going out, had to call on 3 separate occasions, was an issue as my husband was working. The office was apologetic but had to keep rebooting the main, they acted like it happens all the time. Would not rebook due to the beds as we didn’t get a good nights sleep at all and was just told after the first night the office would pass on that information, no resolution offered at all.

Fantastic

We have stayed in numerous places in the area, and this is been our favorite place that’s far. Located right on the beach, and very easy access to all restaurants, attractions, and shopping. Kitchen was well-stocked for a family of six. The beach was never crowded. Great family spot for a vacation.

I love the unit and the best was the location.

We had an awesome time. Everything was clean and the location is amazing. Talk about water front, the view will take your breath away ! Having access to the beach from your apartment is awesome. The kids had a lovely time. We had some issues with the WiFi, however, the management team was there to help and solved the problem. The unit was a bit small, however, the 6 of us had no problem at all. I would recommend the unit 11 with the view because that is the one we stayed. We will be back :-)
