The house was a replacement for reservations at 2 other houses in the area that were cancelled by the hosts with less than a week's notice. It was terribly overpriced and we couldn't wait to vacate. The particulars:No pre-arrival house cleaning (food on floors, dirty bathrooms, toe nails on bathroom rug, food residue in microwave, etc.)No closets or drawer space in master and other bedrooms – filled with owners’ clothes and junk. No hanging spaceNo elevator service (making the house inaccessible for disabled guests)Spotty/weak wifiOnly 1 television operated (2 were out of service)Basement toilet didn’t properly flush (much plunging)Some bedrooms and bathrooms lacked shadesRain entered the house over a damaged window in breakfast nookNo heat in pool or jacuzziNo heat or air conditioning in basement levelElectrical outlets were partially out of useDrain in second floor shower was clogged (MBR sink as well)No shower liners or tub matsNo window screensSlider from MBR to deck was inoperableCeiling light in upstairs bedroom didn’t work; and fan was only high speedCeiling light in basement bedroom couldn’t be turned offInsufficient amount of pots and pansNo salt or pepper, cloth napkins, cutting board, extra potholders, etc.Poorly functioning toasterNo directions for TV operation and no Information packet about area activitiesNo emergency information
