The charming and intimate Arie Dam Condominium Complex features a beachside heated pool & spa.



Enjoy the warmth of the screened porch that overlooks the shimmering turquoise surf of the Gulf of Mexico, allowing you to unwind without leaving your vacation rental. The thoughtfully designed open living space emphasizes comfort and convenience, equipped with a stylish sofa featuring a chaise lounge. When it's time to dine, the elegant kitchen is adorned with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and custom cabinetry. The inviting dining area provides ample seating at its spacious table, with additional seating available at the adjacent breakfast bar.



The main bedroom features an impressive king-sized bed dressed in luxurious linens, two generous walk in closets, and a coastal view. The en suite bathroom boasts a spacious dressing area with a vanity and a walk-in shower. The second bedroom is designed for convenience, offering both a queen bed and a twin bed, complemented by fresh and natural décor. Direct view of the beach with a couple of palm trees nearby, which was very appreciated. We didn’t use the pool, so can’t comment on that. The hot tub was not working yet. The condo was very clean, was beautifully decorated and we loved every minute we were there. So comforting and relaxing. I would love to live there! It was quiet and the balcony was very enjoyable with two comfortable Adirondack chairs plus a table and chairs. We very much enjoyed sitting on the screened balcony listening to the sounds of the ocean and watching the waves roll in. Location was great as it was close to John’s Pass, several other great beaches and our favorite restaurant The Conch Republic. Appreciated the beach towels, beach chairs, umbrella and cooler. Would love to stay here again..

Disappointed

We were so excited to try a new place in Florida. This condo was not in great shape. The washer and dryer cannot be ran together or one stops. The dishwasher was not working. The outlets are falling apart. The ad said the pool and hot tub were working and come to find out they were not working. We had no pool or hot tub the whole week we stayed there. The owners did give us some money back. We did like that the condo basically sat on the beach. The beach is beautiful and has tons and tons of sea shells. However, this condo was very expensive and we expected that everything would work. We realize there was a hurricane at the end of September but of the condo isn't ready and the pool isn't working than this should not have been on the listing. We will be back to the area just not this condo building.

Just perfect…

Great condo and super clean. Beds and linen were very comfortable. Living room and dining room were cozy. We loved the screened in balcony with fan. Spent mornings and evenings watching the gulf. Great place for a week long vacation.

Great view!

This is a place to relax with a great view and all the comforts of home. The beach is perfect for long walks and just doing nothing!

Cute condo but temp control main issue.

Overall good condo. The temperature control not allowing you to adjust the a/c below 72* was very dIsappointing. It was very warm and humid. Family did not sleep well bc of the heat. Property needs more bath towels. 4 small bath towels for a family of 4 doesn’t work esp w females. Property pool could use upgrade. Beach access was nice, condo very cute and clean. Approx 1.5-2 miles to John’s Pass.

Great stay....

Most condos where I've vacationed in the past have been adequate but not completely as advertised. This was completely accurate and then some. We absolutely loved spending time here and we had everything we could possibly need. It was comfortable and felt like home. The beds were so comfortable and the condo was so clean. We met the housekeeper on the way out and let her know what a good job she does. The pool was nice, and the beautiful beach was right outside the door. Beautiful views with coffee in the mornings and gorgeous sunsets at night. Thank you for providing a place where we could make many memories. Would definately love to stay here again! Sandee

Beautiful VRBO

We loved this beautiful, clean, well-stocked, and great location condo! However, we were very unhappy with the management company. The welcome email did not have the condo door code included. I had to call that morning. Once we arrived, the code did not work. I called/texted management and told that it was the correct code. It took two hours for someone else to finally call me back with the correct code. We got into our room at 10pm. The first evening was totally lost. When I asked for a late check out, I was denied. Even two hours would have been appreciated. Poor management....

Amazing vacation

This property was AMAZING! The rooms were so spacious, the decor was adorable and the kitchen had everything we needed. All of the toys and things we needed for the beach we’re provided. But my favorite thing was the CLOSE PROXIMITY to the beach! A few steps and you’re there! We will definitely stay again!

Great location

While the condo building is a little older, the unit was clean and very well maintained. It's a great location on the beach and across from many walkable establishments. We spend a lot of time in the Tampa St. Pete's area each year. This was among one of our favorites. We would likely rent it longer if the price was more inline given so many choices now. All in all great space.

Living Farewell

My sister, aunt, uncle and I spent the week in Madeira Beach My father, who passed away in October, loved the area and lived in Clearwater for a while. We celebrated him and had a wonderful time. The condo was perfect for us! I will be back
