Enjoy the warm Gulf breezes and beautiful sunsets from a private balcony with exquisite views of the sugar sand beach and shimmering turquoise water. As part of the Sea Oats community, you’ll also have access to fantastic amenities including a large shared beachfront heated pool.



Inside, a spacious and comfortable open floor plan offers plenty of sun-kissed space to spend time together. The fully equipped kitchen includes quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a wine fridge. Sweet dreams await in three well-appointed bedrooms - the peaceful primary suite includes fabulous beach views and direct balcony access. Pool was nice, but every chair had a towel on it to save the chair by 8 am so never had a place to sit!! Some cereal bowls in cabinet were dirty and a smaller one actually had mold in it. The housekeeper was running behind so couldn’t check in until 4:20pm rather than 4, and then on checkout the housekeeping staff hit the code opened the door and announced housekeeping at 9:53 am… wasn’t even 10 am , so happy I was dressed, we were all out by 10:15-or 10:20 and while sitting in the parking lot I received a call from Mathew stating it looks like you haven’t checked out yet! I said no I have been sitting here in the parking lot for about 15 minutes … I shared our experience and he apologized and said housekeeping should not be coming in before 10 am. So I it was nice but for the price it should be. Housekeeping needs some help with their timing!

Great getaway!

Six of us stayed at the property for a girls’ weekend, after previously living in the area and not seeing each other for 10 years. It was the perfect place to settle in and catch up. It was clean, comfortable and cute, appropriately furnished and, of course, had breathtaking views of the beach. Can’t wait to bring my family in the future!

Great location! Beautiful views!

We had a great stay and would stay again! Had everything we needed and more! The only negative- we received the wrong code for the tennis courts. The onsite office was able to give us the correct code, so no harm done. We enjoyed the condo location, amenities, supplies, beach, restaurants nearby, beach and sunset views, and patio seating. Would’ve to stay again if we are ever in the area.

The best way to have a beach vacay

Three friends make a plan in January to have a beach vacation. There was lots of discussion on the location and necessary accommodations. It had to be 3 bedrooms so we could have our privacy. It had to be beachfront. Months of waiting and anticipation until June and then...We srored with Sea Oats! In addition to the checklist, our accommodations were beautifully decorated and spacious. The evening sunsets from the balcony were spectacular!! They thought of everything. We even had all the necessary beach supplies. The local restaurant scene is amazing. Redington Shores is near all the action in Clearwater and the small beach towns south. I will definitely be back!!

Perfect!

Girls Trip was a huge success! Absolutely loved this unit. Location was perfect! Beach was quiet and not overly crowded. We had everything we needed. The pictures show exactly what you get. Easy access to the beach and pool areas. Loved the covered tables at the beach entrance. It was nice on evenings we didn't want to cook that we could walk to several eateries. **Just note that the refrigerator ice maker can't keep up with multiple people filling larger sized cups. You'll need buy a bag of ice to supplement. But this isn't bothersome enough to reduce rating.

The view

The view was breathtaking! Accessibility to pool and beach we couldn’t have asked for anything better. The decor of the rooms was beautiful. Only two things stopping from giving a 5 star rating was the keypad to get in room did not work 99% of the time. Luckily we got it to work after several tries to get into the room to start our stay. From then on we took the key with us whenever we left. Also first morning we plugged in the Keurig coffee maker and it knocked out power to master bedroom, living room, tv, and internet. Took all day communicating with owners of property to finally to get someone out there to come and get electricity back on. He couldn’t fix the door lock. He said he would put in a work order for someone to fix it. It would have been beneficial if we knew the circuit box was behind a picture in the laundry room. Wouldn’t have been so bad but we had a gymnastics meet to get to that day. All in all we would come back to stay there again. These two glitches where the only reason we didn’t give them a 5 star rating.

Great beachfront condo!

This condo was just as beautiful as the photos online. The view of the beach and ocean was amazing. There was plenty of space for our family of 5. There is a huge closet in between the master bedroom and master bath that also has beach chairs, beach towels, and some beach toys. My kids enjoyed the tennis courts also! We will definitely stay here again when we come back to this area!

Beach vacation!

Great condo - beach was awesome and it’s located 10 minutes from John’s Pass. It would have been nice if we were supplied with more toilet paper. Also it said 5 beach chairs but 2 of the chairs were in rough shape.

Great location but condo needs some maintenance and better communication

First, the positive: this condo is in a great location. It had plenty of beach towels and a good amount of beach chairs and some toys. We loved being able to go right onto the beach which was really clean. All outdoor areas were nice too. The kitchen was well stocked but needs more plastic wear to accommodate kids. Negative: the condo was mostly clean but the floors needed a good mopping/deep clean. If you wore white socks or went barefoot, you could see the dirt from the floor discoloring your feet. High touch areas like door ways also need to be sanitized as they were discolored too. The sliding glass doors in this condo are LOUD. Like sounds like thunder when someone opens it. Unfortunately you could also hear the same when a neighbor opened their sliding glass door. The biggest issue was the requirement to keep the thermostat at 73 degrees. That is too high when it is 90 plus outside. We’ve rented condos in many areas on the Gulf Coast and never have been required to have the thermostat that high. Consequently it felt too warm all week and especially the front bedroom was so hot at night it was hard to sleep. The dishwasher’s top rack was broken. I tried to inform management to ensure they knew it was like that when we arrived but when I called, it was an automated thing and I was put on hold. I think the change in management to Vacasa (which happened after we booked but a few weeks before we arrived) meant that you literally couldn’t get ahold of anyone. I asked a question two weeks before we arrived via an email provided by Vacasa. I didn’t receive a response until a week after we got back. Vacasa seems like it’s a big company with very little knowledge of each of its condos and almost no way to communicate with them. Lastly, the bunk beds shown in the photo were unusable as the top bunk is set too low to the bottom and the whole thing swayed so much that we were afraid to let our kids sleep on it. With a deep clean, some furniture upgrades to allow more seating in the living room, and better air conditioning, this place would be perfect.

This property is exactly as it is shown. The beach was great and not overly crowded even though it was a holiday week. We have visited many rental beach condos and houses. This was one of the best we have enjoyed. The only advice I would give is to make sure you get a bag of ice for those beach drinks. The ice maker is not strong enough to keep up a good supply of ice. That’s it! That’s the only complaint!
