Every detail of the home has been thoughtfully upgraded, from the fully equipped gourmet kitchen featuring upscale appliances to the spa-inspired bathrooms showcasing striking wood-slatted porcelain tile showers. Surrounded by ample outdoor seating, sun loungers, and breathtaking views, this inviting outdoor space is perfect for relaxing, entertaining, and soaking up the Florida sunshine. Best of all, the sugar-white sands of Indian Rocks Beach are just a short stroll away, offering the ideal combination of waterfront serenity and beachside convenience.

Kitchen: Large ice/water refrigerator and freezer, stainless gas range stove with heavy-duty cast iron grates, built-in stainless microwave, stainless dishwasher, travertine farmhouse sink, toaster, blender, Keurig, standard coffee pot, and knife block. Basic dishes and utensils are also provided. Basic spices, cooking oil, and coffee filters and/or pods are not always available.

Dining Area: Light and airy space overlooking the water. Round dining table with 6 chairs, bench and breakfast bar seating for 2.

Living Room: Comfy sofa with attached chaise lounge, leather loveseat comprising of two seperate recliners, coffee table, end tables, widescreen TV & console table, and ceiling fan.

Bedroom #1: The master bedroom has a King size bed, two nightstands, flat widescreen TV, ceiling fan, patio doors leading to the outside patio facing the water, and en-suite bathroom.

Bathroom #1 (En-suite): Stunningly upgraded throughout. Oversized walk-in shower with dual shower heads, double vanity. No tub.

Bedroom #2: Queen-sized bed, closet, ceiling fan.

Bedroom #3: Queen-sized bed, closet, nightstand and ceiling fan.

Bedroom #4: One full-size bed, night table, bookshelf, french doors

Bathroom #2: Stunningly renovated throughout. Oversized walk in shower with dual shower heads and single vanity. No tub.

Bathroom #3: Completely renovated with stunning step-in shower and double vanity. No tub.

*The laundry is located in the garage with a full size front loaded washer and dryer and utility sink.

Patio: Covered hot tub, outdoor dining table with 4 chairs, 2 Adirondack chairs with small table, outdoor sectional sofa, 2 sun loungers and additional table with 4 Adirondack chairs. Beach wagon, folding beach chairs, umbrella, cooler and beach toys available for guest use. Sorry, boat lift is NOT included in the rental.

Important Information

House Rules:
1. No smoking/vaping in the unit. No illegal substances on the premises.
2. No parties or events.
3. No pets. Please notify management of any service animals.
4. You are vacationing in a residential area, please be mindful of noise during all hours. Quiet hours start at 10pm and you must adhere to local noise ordinance.
5. Rinse off and return any and all beach equipment at the end of each day. Do not leave equipment out overnight.
6. Docking of a boat or any other watercraft is not permitted at this property. Violation of this rule will result in a $500 fee.

Renting Requirement Policy: The guest booking the reservation must occupy the unit for the duration of the stay and is required to be 25 years of age minimum. Adults may not rent a unit for anyone under the age of 25, they must be actively present at the rental unit.

Pool Heating: When the pool heater is turned on, the temperature is typically set to 85 degrees unless otherwise stated in the listing. Please understand that when outside temperatures reach 60 degrees or lower a pool heater cannot always heat the pool to temperature.

Toiletries: Guests should bring their own toiletries, dishwasher pods, and laundry pods. Each unit will have two rolls of toilet tissue per bathroom, soap for every sink, a trash bag, and at least one roll of paper towels in the kitchen. 2 dishwasher pods and 2 laundry pods are also provided if applicable to the rental. We provide one set of bath towels per guest. For guest convenience, we also provide beach towels. All linens are provided.

Parking: This property allows for parking for 5 vehicles.

Within walking distance, you will find some of the best area restaurants and ice cream shops as well as beachwear shopping locations. The surrounding local area has some great day trips: Clearwater Beach, Florida Botanical Gardens in Largo featuring holiday lights late Nov-Jan,1st, John's Pass Village and Boardwalk, Tampa Lowry Zoo, Florida Aquarium, Clearwater Aquarium (dolphin encounters), Sunken Gardens, Dinosaur World, Ellenton Outlet Malls, Ice Skating at Countryside Mall, Children's Museums, enjoy a Tampa Bay Ray's game at Tropicana Field, a Buccaneers Football game in Tampa, or check out some of the pro baseball teams during their local Spring Training, also Disney World and downtown Disney are just two hours away.

Water excursions are available at Clearwater Beach Marina and John's Pass Village. Dolphin cruises, Snorkeling Trips, Island hopping, Jet ski and Boat rentals, Parasailing, Pirate Ship, and Speedboat Tours are among the choices.
