3 bedroom 2 bath condo - A tropical paradise awaits at the Beach Cottage Complex, located in the quaint town of Indian Shores. This vacation gem sits on the white sandy beach where travelers will find miles of pristine shoreline, brilliant sunsets, spectacular wildlife, and outstanding restaurants. In addition to a prime location, the Beach Cottages offer a beachfront heated pool and spa, a large deck with plenty of lounge chairs, tables with umbrellas, and gas grills to enjoy. Beach Cottage 1308 is a delightful coastal retreat with contemporary furnishings and a spectacular view.

Get to Know the Area!

Indian Shores is a quiet beach community just south of Indian Rocks Beach that is popular with everyone from snowbirds to seabirds. The town's residential quality and its assortment of shops and restaurants help visitors feel right at home. Just 19 blocks long, it is known for its friendly atmosphere, panoramic beaches, great seafood, and tropical wildlife. It is home to the Suncoast Seabird Sanctuary, one of the largest nonprofit bird hospitals in the US. Be sure to experience the great restaurants in the area like Aloha-to-Go, Indian Shores Coffee Company, Mickey Quinn's Pub and Beach Grill and the renown Salt Rock Grill. Just north of Indian Shores is Indian Rocks Beach with more favorites such as The Original Crabby Bill's, Guppy's on the Beach, Slyce and newer spots like Jake's Cantina and LuLu's.

Very nice place directly on the beach. We loved the view from our balcony. Beds we very comfortable. One negative was it was very close to the bird sanctuary and at times was very stinky. Also, it could use some new pans. A lot of the frying pans were all Teflon and the Teflon was coming off. Otherwise, the kitchen was nicely, equipped, and easy to work in.

My son, daughter and 2 grandsons, joined my husband and me for a week at this gulf facing condo. This 3 bedroom unit was furnished nicely with TVs in every bedroom, comfortable beds and couches, washer/dryer. Everything we needed was there, including beach towels and beach chairs. The condo's pool area is still being resurfaced, but we had access to the pool and hot tub of a neighboring condo. The view of the Gulf and the sunset from the balcony were spectacular. Our host, Dania was very nice and responded promptly when I texted her with a question or two, The weather was so lovely this year and we enjoyed the area, which included, a trip to Tampa's Florida Aquarium, a cruise on Little Toot, in Clearwater, to see the Dolphins, an afternoon at Splash Harbour Water Park in Indian Rocks, ferried to barrier island, Shell Key, to collect shells and even saw a manatee. I would definitely rebook this unit when I return to Indian Shores.

Great condo however pool and spa at condo shut down, owner made arrangements for use of pool two condos buildings down.Owner also made partial refund due to beach in front of condo being shut down for sand replacement project, this was unknown by owner as gov contractors do not give notice.

Indian Shores Family Getaway

First time visiting. Condo was nice with updated modern finishes. Extra amenities were nice for backup. Loved the inventory of beach chairs for the family since we traveled via airplane. When we arrived someone was parked in our designated spot, which made it very difficult to find the assigned location. Left note asking them to move after laying on the ground under several cars trying try to locate our designated parking spot. Preexisting issue with the shutters that provide shade over the balcony door. The door was also really tough to open and close. Owner had a sticky note saying “do not use” will repair. The tenants above our unit were a nightmare all week. Children running non stop, dragging chairs across the floor, slamming balcony door, yelling everyday right at 7am. We are tired. Disappointing pool. Did not use. Very small and always packed with people. Odd how large the pool deck is in comparison to the small pool. Building next door, towers over the pool deck, and appears to be under construction however, looks like it’s not been touched in a very long time. Private security onsite, including police presence on the beach, upon arrival after 4th of July Holiday. They explained why they were there. I would say the condition of the beach supported the information they shared about the long holiday week prior to our arrival. The beach was dirty, which was disappointing. At the end of our stay someone did come thru and partially swept beach

Perfect for a big family!

This condo is bigger than it looks in the photos! We stayed with our family of eight, including kids from ages 16 all the way down to 8 weeks. We we were not cramped at all. My teens stayed in the room with the bunk bed and my 9, 4 and 3 year olds stayed in the other room with the king bed. The baby stayed in the main bedroom with my husband and I. The closet was big enough for us to have put the baby’s bed in there, but we ended up having her sleep in the Slumberpod tent right beside our bed, since there was plenty of room for it. The condo layout was really ideal! We also loved the balcony with its large table and beautiful ocean view.

Overall it was nice. The second bathroom wasn’t super clean and we had to buy more wash cloths. Had some issues getting in contact with the host in order to get in. Other than that, it was very nice.

Wonderful stay!

Love this condo and our time here. The beach was very nice and clean. The kitchen is well stocked and very nice! The only issue we had was the smell from the bird sanctuary next door.

Great time at Indian shores

Escaping below-zero temperatures and a snowstorm to enjoy a serene beach vacation was absolutely perfect! The condo offered a stunning view, and we loved watching the breathtaking sunsets every evening—it was truly a highlight of our stay.The condo itself was spotless, quiet, and so peaceful—no disturbances from neighbors, which made it even more relaxing. We appreciated the thoughtful amenities, though I’d suggest including a few pods of laundry detergent, similar to the dishwasher soap provided. It can be tricky to get just a small amount while traveling, and it would be a helpful touch for guests.Thank you for sharing your beautiful beach home with us. It was a wonderful getaway, and we’re already looking forward to returning!

This property was as gorgeous as the description. I dont like to repeat vacations, but I would in a heartbeat on this one. Location was fantastic, condo was very clean and beautiful. Just a walk down to the beach. If I could give this more than 5 stars I would. And the owner was very responsive.

Gorgeous property!

The condo was better than the pictures. There were a couple of items that needed attention, but the owner was quick to respond. This was our fourth stay in the area and this condo was the best. We especially loved the peacefulness and quiet! We loved it so much that we would consider buying it, if it were ever for sale!

Great Stay

We had a great time in this condo. It is beautiful like on the pictures, newer furniture. The view is awesome, couldn't be closer to the beach and the access is fast and easy. Owner was super nice and responded right away when we had a couple questions.

Great Stay

We had a wonderful time at this beautiful Indian Shores property. The condo was easy to get to. The instructions for parking and the building were simple. The fish smell from the bird sanctuary takes a bit to get used to, but was ok. The condo itself was very clean. It has the best view of the beach and is just steps away from it! My family had an amazing time! We would very highly recommend!

Our stay was amazing. The property was beautiful and had everything you needed for a relaxing stay. Walking down to the beach was so fast and location could not of been better. Beautiful terrace to watch the amazing sunset.Look forward to going to IRS again and staying here....Love this location so many restaurants/bars. Thank you!

Fantastic condo

This was our first time staying in the Indian Shores area and we LOVED it! The condo was one of the absolute best we have stayed at in Florida. It has a phenomenal view with a good size balcony! The condo was very clean and had a plenty of supplies to include beach chairs/toys/floats. Dania was quick to reply to questions before and during our stay. We would definitely stay at this condo again!!

Very nice beachfront condo

This location was perfect for our family with plenty of space. It is in nicely maintained complex with great amenities, the location is convenient and was directly next to the SunCoast shuttle that made it easy to visit other areas like John's Pass. Our host was responsive and helpful.
