The house is located in the dead end street with at a quiet and safe neighborhood.
You will have your full privacy, your own entrance in the back of the house , own bedroom and bathroom. Completely separated from the host’s side, just like in a hotel. You won’t meet with the hosts, unless need it. :-)
Only shared area will be the laundry room and the backyard area, which the host doesn’t really use it!

Completely Separated room and bathroom from the owner’s place. You won’t see the host, unless you need something! Only the laundry room and the patio area are shared, which we don’t use often! We won’t bother you!

You’ll have your private room with a bathroom, which has a separate shower, double sink and a soaking bathtub.
Your bedroom has a 42” TV with a fire TV (no cable, only Netflix, Disney+, HBO Max and Pluto through Fire TV), high speed internet, comfortable memory foam Californian king size bed, table with 2 chairs, coffee maker, mini refrigerator and a microwave on a top and a big closet with extra blankets and pillows.
When you enter the house at your own private entry door you’ll get into the laundry room -which is shared with the owner and his family- on your right there will be your private bathroom which leads to your own bedroom.
You’ll have full privacy.
