  • Fantastisk strandudsigt fra denne hjørne enhed Penthouse Condo.

    Beliggende i en lille, sikker og rolig bygning i hjertet af Madeira Beach, har denne øverste etage penthouse lejlighed en wrap-around vestvendt altan for uhindret udsigt over strandene og den storslåede Mexicanske Golf solnedgange.

    Bygningen ligger på en smuk del af sukkerholdigt hvidt sand og det varme, rolige vand i Mexicogolfen. Du er kun få minutters gang til Johns Pass Village, med alle de restauranter, butikker og aktiviteter, du har brug for. Puljen er privat og uncrowded, og tilbyder et fantastisk sted at slappe af, læse en bog eller få lidt sol.

    Hele lejligheden er for nylig blevet fuldstændig renoveret med nyt flise gulv og maling, et helt nyt køkken med granit bordplader, samt opdateret og opgraderinger i hele hele enheden. Der er ikke noget bedre sted at bo og nyde strandens skønhed.

    Det store soveværelse har en king size seng og stort privat badeværelse. Det andet soveværelse indeholder også en king size seng. Det tredje soveværelse har to twin size senge til børnene. I stuen er der masser af siddepladser, en stor morgenmadsbar, kabel-tv med stort fladskærms-tv og nye elektriske drevne lædersofaer. Køkkenet er fuldt udstyret med alt apparat, du har brug for, masser af gryder, pander, spisestue og køkkenredskaber til alle dine underholdende behov. Inkluderet i lejligheden er en fuld størrelse vaskemaskine og tørretumbler, nye strandstole, et par bøger, selv et par strand legetøj til børnene.

Gulfview condo

Terribly disappointed with the cleanliness of the condo on our arrival. Hair care debris all over floor of third bedroom and most drawers throughout the condo had to be cleaned before we were able to use them. Mildew all around master bedroom tub enclosure and shower knob missing. The kitchen garbage storage area and cabinet below the sink were filthy. The unit requires major cleaning and lots of minor maintenance.

Pictures are VERY deceiving!!

This condo looked well kept and conveniently located by the description online. Despite the reviews we decided to give it a chance. Our condo was filthy! I had to sweep, clean every dish we wanted to use prior, found toast in the couch. Then there was NO LOCK or screen on the bedroom with twin beds. If you have small children there is nothing from keeping them from falling out! ALL the beds were like a rock! We were told there would be a pool code and beach code. Nope! If you don't have a key, then you can't get in or out. The couch is so close to the TV! My family, and I have been visiting Florida every year for years. We have never been so disappointed and mislead by photos before! Very out dated condo. Our experience was so bad that noone could sleep. We actually left a day early because we were all tired of trying to sleep on what they call beds. Owners need to put money back into this place!We will not be back to this condo again. I dont normally write reviews, so I'm sorry I'm rambling. But travels beware.

Nice condo on the ocean

Beautiful view of the ocean with a very nice beach. Condo needs some updating but it was very comfortable. Very nice balcony! Would love to be able to grill, but there is no grill and grills are not allowed. Pool is nice, but could use a few more chairs to sun bathe in. I would most definitely stay here again!

I want to start by writing that this review is straightforward and honest. The owner should take notes and really take my words into consideration. First, take out or remove the lamp in the living room/dining room, all of us hit our heads and it was dangerous. Two, put shutters on the balcony because when hurricane Elsa passed by, water was coming in into the apt. This is an apt in Florida and by the beach, you are prone to hurricanes. Three, the kitchen cabinets were NOT clean, most of them were unorganized, and sticky. I was told to throw out the garbage at the end of our stay however, when we arrived we found garbage in the apartment and we threw them out. Four, the mattresses and the pillows have to be changed immediately! The mattresses were in very poor conditions and the pillows were yellow, unsanitary ( Tj max sells pillows for five dollars). The floors are very slippery, the bathrooms are ok, just for showering are okay. The washing machines are outdated and the clothes wouldn’t come out clean. One chair was broken, the couches were ok. We did not find the apt very clean when we arrived and by clean I mean the whole kitchen should be clean and sanitary because people cook there. For the money that my family and I paid, it was way overpriced and it did not meet our expectations. We cleaned the apt twice, on our own which I will never do again if I ever rent somewhere else, I will ask for my money back. The pool area needs to relax their rules because people need to go in and out, people are on vacation and they shouldn’t worry about taking a long rout to the beach or pool, you always had to have a key, however upfront they told us they provide us with a code for easier access and that wasn’t true, you always have to carry a key with you. The view of the balcony was nice but that’s about it. They send you letters on your stay to clean the laundry area as if I was there to clean and not vacation, I found that funny and insulting even though we are clean people, they were lucky to have us as guests. Sorry, not a great stay for me, with the money that it cost us, please update your apt because it has potential and it is right on the beach. Cleaning services for me were zero out of ten. I usually do not write reviews but this was a must. Good luck to everyone.

Very disappointing experience. Condo was terrible.

Very misleading info on this property. True it is on the top floor and the view is spectacular however that is the only truth to the description of the property. We had the maintenance man there four times and still didn’t get everything fixed that was wrong. Kitchen was very poorly stocked, the living room furniture is cheap and old, the dining table and chairs were old and cheap, one chair was broken and not even usable. Bathrooms were very outdated and not a single grab bar in either bath (unsafe) the beds in the back bedroom were very small and very uncomfortable. Needs new bedding and mattresses. The elevator broke the second day we were there and had to carry all groceries up five flights of stairs. None of the sliders close tight and you can’t lock any of them. Water still comes in front sliders when it rains hard. Needs painting and updating badly. It’s obvious to me that no one from the management company ever checks these things out. It’s a shame because with a little money and attention this could be a beautiful condo. The way it is is definitely not worth the money they get for this condo. Would never recommend this unit to anyone. Sorry but this is the truth and the opinion of all four ladies that rented this unit.

Condo was clean with a few exceptions. Kitchen was completely missing one drawer; other than living room there was only one other tv which was in the master bedroom. Pictures were fairly accurate except they don’t show the tubs/ showers that can definitely use updated

Condo 503 Arena de Madeira .In our opinion the condo needs some tender loving care, the view was exceptional, Also when it rains the water comes through the front patio doors and water runs down the tiles into the living room, it is very dangerous if some pple don't see that on the floor and walk on it, it becomes extremely slippery!!!! Other than that the complaints i made in written Jeff was extremely prompt to help us ...so a big thank you Jeff.

The condo was well located and furnished well enough for our needs. We had 5 adults staying and there were only four dining room chairs. A few items, one kitchen drawer and the trash drawer were broken and reported, however no repair was made. The view from the patio was wonderful and many sunsets were viewed from there.

Wonderful accommodations

Unit was very roomy, plenty of seating which was great when we had visitors. Balcony was also plenty roomy for all our company. Nicely renovated and fully equipped kitchen. Location was great. Since unit is in a small complex (only 15 units in the building) there were few people on the beach and in the pool area. It was almost like having a private beach. View from balcony is spectacular! We enjoyed our stay so much we are going again next year. I should always mention how responsive and efficient the maintenance company was when we had questions or issues (which were very few).

We spent a couple weeks with friends at this condo, nice views from deck, sunsets were great, dolphins in ocean just about every day. The pool was clean and nice place to relax and quiet. The condo was nice tile floors easy to keep clean, kitchen updated, needs newer pots and pans, new coffee pot would be nice as well, couple light bulbs burnt out and none available. electric recliners one side worked the other did not. master bath was nice plenty of closets, towels provided. Had a good time place could use some more updating but no major issues.

Arena de Madeira - 503

Trip was very nice and relaxing. Unit 503 is on top floor of building with beautiful 180 degree views of beach and sunset. Building was nice and kept clean. Well taken care of. Balcony was nice size so 4 people could sit at table to dine or watch sunset. Inside of condo is nice, newly updated. Very clean. One concern was that for a building that contained 15 units there are only 5 lounge chairs by the pool. Second week we decided to rent the lounge chairs on the beach instead of trying to get ones by the pool. Would definitely stay here again. Restaurants we enjoyed were Bubba Gumps, Sweet Sage, Friendly Tavern, Seascapes, the Waffle House, and Paris Café for baked goods.

Nice Condo and location - 4.5 Stars

We spent 2 weeks at this condo in March 2016. I would probably rate is a 4.5 because there is always room for improvement. The location is excellent with John's Pass close enough to walk but far enough from the crowds. The condo was nice and updated, however there are a few things that could be improved. The kitchen utensils, pot & pans, glasses, etc. were insufficient and older. They all needed to be cleaned when we arrived. Minor details like the original windows did allow plenty of outside noise in. Beds were comfortable enough and there were enough towels, etc. The building was clean and the pool was clean and warm. There maybe should be a few more lounge chairs around the pool. Overall, we would return.

Great place! Beautiful beach!

We stayed for a week after the 4th, so arriving on the 4th was crazy busy in the area! After that, the beach in front of the condo was quiet with very few people, so we had a wonderful, peaceful week. Very close to John's Pass, but far enough away to enjoy quiet. Plenty of towels, cookware, etc. and we very much appreciated the beach chairs we could take to the beach! We would stay here again. The only complaint is that beds were pretty hard, but the place was clean and had BEAUTIFUL views!

Didn't want to leave!

My family, and I rented this condo for a week in April 2015 for our annual vacation. Upon entry we were pleasantly surprised with the spaciousness of the condo. We did notice the reviews about the hot water, and were a bit worried (I like my showers very hot) but it was a non issue for us. Overall the condo fit our needs perfectly, good location, clean pool, and recently updated. Also John's Pass is only about a mile or so. We look forward to booking this condo next year if available.

Madeira Beach Penthouse Corner Condo

Rented this condo for 12 days in Nov of 2014 for 3 couples ~ PLENTY OF SPACE. We needed to contact maintenance the first day as the garbage disposal was old and broken and water had pooled under the sink. They were great about coming in and fixing it. I am certain that some of my other problems could have been addressed had I call them back but I just did not want to sit there and wait for them. The view from this penthouse corner unit is amazing and the sunsets are magnificent. Dolphin watching is a plus throughout the day from the balcony or the beach - we even saw a school of 12 one day! The building seemed fairly quiet and the pool and patio area were clean. The condo has had some renovations, such as tile flooring throughout; kitchen has been remodeled and the appliances updated. The beach towels supplied were a nice plus (I believe there were six of them). The living room furniture was fantastic! Two leather sofa's that recline (one sofa with remote and one with a manual lever). Being able to relax in comfort while watching the dolphins play was a nice plus for this vacation. Maintenance issues: No water pressure in the 2nd bathroom. The hot and cold water going to the washer are turned around; so when dispensing are completely backward. The large hot water heater was turned down fairly low, only allowing for one shower at a time. I understand not keeping it turned up when the unit is empty, but it should be turned back up prior to guest arrival. Not enough towels were provided in each of the two bathrooms!!!. The bed sheets were threadbare and need to be replaced, not even having enough elastic to stay on the beds. The towel rack behind the toilet in the master bath was hanging off the wall on one side and the bar fell off when I removed the towel, we simply used the other towel rack from that point on. A large knife was no where to be found, this kitchen was not sufficiently equipped for a person who is used to preparing their own food while on vacation. We added several small items to the kitchen as we felt that it could have been better equipped. Cleaning issues: There was visible dust accumulation under a dresser in the master bedroom that was seen from the doorway view. Entrance mats outside of the door could be added to alleviate sand coming into the unit. THE SHOWER DOORS IN THE MASTER NEED TO BE REMOVED. Thought of bringing family back, but no good place to give small kids a bath. Dresser in 2nd BR needed.

Great view but...

Rented this condo for 10 days for our 28th anniversary. I will say up front that had I contacted maintenance/housekeeping I am certain that some of the issues would have been addressed right away. We simply did not want to be bothered and chose wait until the end of the trip to notify anyone of our concerns. First, the good stuff! The view from this penthouse corner unit is amazing! Dolphins are seen multiple times a day right from the balcony. The building seemed fairly quiet and the pool and patio area were clean. The condo has had some renovations, such as tile flooring throughout, which is something I look for when renting a beach condo. The kitchen has been remodeled and the appliances updated. The beach towels supplied were a nice plus (I believe there were six of them). The living room furniture was fantastic! Two leather sofa's that recline (one sofa with remote and one with a manual lever). Being able to relax in comfort while watching the dolphins play was a nice plus for this vacation. Maintenance issues: The large hot water heater was turned down fairly low, only allowing for one shower at a time. I understand not keeping it turned up when the unit is empty, but it should be turned back up prior to guest arrival. Three towels were provided in each of the two bathrooms, so I began the hunt for the remaining towels to set out. As I started to open the last closet door in the master bedroom during the towel hunt the handle fell onto the floor. The towel rack behind the toilet in the master bath was hanging off the wall on one side and the bar fell off when I removed the towel, we simply used the other towel rack from that point on. Cleaning issues: There was visible dust accumulation under a dresser in the master bedroom that was seen from the doorway view. The dishes were in extremely poor condition, with most cups and plates being heavily stained, which really took away from the newly remodeled kitchen. There was an electric tea kettle on the premises, but no base and plug to be found.
