"Amazing property with wonderful hosts. Such a beautiful house and lovely big sized rooms and bathroom. The property is kept to a very high standard both inside and outside.
The rooms are decorated to a really high quality and the bed was so comfortable. The hosts are so friendly and make the stay even more enjoyable. Parking is easy and lots of it. The cooked and non cooked options at breakfast were absolutely delicious. Great place and highly recommend staying here. "

"I booked this apartment because the description said it was within walking distance of Sandwich town centre, and the map that was displayed prior to booking indicated it was located off Moat Sole in Sandwich town centre. It was only after I had gone through the booking process for what was a seriously expensive booking, a new address was provided for the property approx 1.6 miles away in Woodnesborough! I have restricted mobility and needed to be closer to the town so I asked if I could cancel....

"We arrived at 8.15pm and were worried we were too late to eat, bu we received a very warm welcome from a lovely young lady with long blonde hair, who told us that despite our lateness, we could check in before eating. We decided to eat straight away.
The food was delicious. I had ham and leek pie with buttery mash and cabbage and my husband had ham hock, egg and hash brown chips.
Our room COX was above the bar. It was comfortable and very well appointed. There was a small complimentary...

"Charming accomodation with lots of little extras including a complimentary small bottle of chocolate port. Well appointed room scrupulously clean. Great menu choice for an evening meal and excellent freshly cooked breakfast with high quality ingredients. Also served great coffee. Friendly service."

Our luggage was picked iup at the train station in their luggage bike (by the owner!)and delivered to our room so we could enjoy fish and chips on the beach at the Kiosk (very nice) and visit the Turner Art Centre before check in. Easy short walk after our stay with luggage to the station.
We were not in a sea facing room but enjoyed breakfasts in the beautiful Pearly Cow restaurant and visited the top floor bar.
