Our charming semi-detached house is located in St.-Peter-Ording, in the Böhl district. This district—often called the “haven of peace” of St.-Peter-Ording—offers an impressive variety of natural beauty. The peaceful natural surroundings and the expansive, often completely empty beach are perfect for those seeking relaxation and nature lovers. Shopping options such as a bakery and grocery store are within walking distance. The beautiful sandy beach is only about 800 m away (Böhl beach access).


Amenities: Spanning 130 square meters across three levels, “Die Große Lachmöwe” is ideal for families or groups of up to 6 people.
This semi-detached home features a breathtaking rooftop terrace and high-quality furnishings, thoughtfully designed down to the last detail. Decorative elements from Rivièra Maison complete the overall aesthetic.
From the entryway with its coat closet, you’ll enter the spacious living-dining area with an open kitchen. The kitchen’s spacious layout, high quality, and extensive amenities make it perfect for cooking together and enjoying each other’s company. Take a seat at the dining table in the sunroom with a view of the greenery and enjoy a hearty breakfast with fresh rolls from the nearby village bakery.
When the weather is nice, you can also enjoy the first rays of sunshine on one of the two furnished terraces. The adjoining garden, featuring a pond and additional seating areas, has also been lovingly landscaped.
After an eventful day of vacation, relax in the living area—complete with a wood-burning stove, a sofa arrangement, and a wingback chair—with a good book or watch a movie.
A staircase leads to the upper floors, which feature a total of three bedrooms.

On the first floor, you’ll find a bedroom with a double bed (180x200 cm, full-length mattress). There is also another bedroom with two single beds (80x190 cm). From this level, you can access the house’s rooftop terrace, where you can enjoy romantic sunsets and observe local wildlife. On the second floor, in the cozy attic with a rounded arch window (where the ceiling is high enough), you’ll find the third bedroom with a double bed (160x200 cm, full-length mattress).
The large bathroom is equipped with both a bathtub and a walk-in rain shower. Another bathroom with a window and a walk-in rain shower, as well as a guest restroom, is located on the first floor. A washer and dryer are available for free use in the utility room under the stairs. Bicycles can be stored in a lockable shed. The sauna is located in the small wooden cabin next door. The property also features a carport and an additional parking space.

Special Features:
This vacation home is a smoke-free property. We are happy to provide our guests with free Wi-Fi. For guests arriving by electric car, the property’s wallbox (for a fee) is available. This is for shared use and must be coordinated with the guests of the “Kleine Lachmöwe.”

An initial set of bed linens and towels is required for this accommodation and is already included in the final price.
Additional linens packages can be booked as optional extras.

If you plan to travel with more than 6 people, you are welcome to book the adjacent semi-detached house “Kleine Lachmöwe” (subject to availability) for up to 4 people: In this case, access from the “Kleine Lachmöwe” to the rooftop terrace of the house will be opened, connecting both semi-detached homes via the shared rooftop terrace.
