"Rarely do you find a hotel where the staff seems genuinely happy to be there and delighted to serve the customers. There were smiles all around and it felt like family. I'm a business traveler and I spend evenings in the room working and I like to have a nice, clean room. This one had a huge picture window and the evening sun lit up the room. I felt safe and it was easy to request a room refresh--I will definitely go back again! This is a very well-managed property so kudos to the team! :)"

"The air conditionig pushed out a smell that smelled like dirty coochie. I can ahead and have it on recording confirming the pool was heated and there was a hot tub also. Neither wree usable. They were noth so cold if frlt like jumping in the lake during winters first thaw and even the spa was cool enough itvshocked my skin enough i coud not stand tpnput more than my feet in and that was the whole purpose of my stay was to use these ammeneties for my daughters birthday. "The property was under construction while I was there. The staff was professional and nice. I understand that construction happens, but perhaps they could have planned it a little batter so that guests were to a construction site on the first floor. The water I was cool in the shower and didn’t really heat up much, and when we turned on the AC unit it waded this loud humming noise the entire time it was on. It was pretty aggravating. "The property was clean and the staff was helpful and friendly, but there is minimal insulation so the rooms are very noisy! Our room in particular was a first floor room and didn’t have window shades or blinds, just a see through curtain. That was my biggest complaint!"

"It was loud all night with people playing music, being loud, and someone trying to get into my room. There was no waste basket to be found in my room. The shower was nice and the bed was OK."
