"This place was not worth the money it was not even worth staying for free. The air condition was not working the place had roaches, it was dusty, no utensils, stove was a hazard and when the host was advised of these things on arrival she indicated someone would come to fix the ac. No one ever came and no one contacted us to say what was going on. We were left with the ac not working in a very hot nasty house with a newborn. "The property had a great open concept feel and had more than enough space for my group. We were met at the airport by property manager Rosemarie, who assisted us with finding the property. She also showed us the main grocery store on our way there. They had a well stock pantry and guests were free to use the wide range of items available. They also had a/c in all the rooms, which helped on the hot days. While the property did seem a bit out of the way at first, it was actually only about 7 mins...

"The apartment was really nice, clean and functional. It's located in a quiet and beautiful area, full of green and with really lovely and welcoming people all around. Ritchie was available to answer any of our questions at anytime, and was ready with suggestions and recommendation for anything we might want to do on the island. Joan took care of us at the apartment and even showed us around in town. We hope to come back to Grenada and stay again. Would recommend."

"Host was welcoming and very accommodating. Rooms were as pictures showed. View was lovely and walk to the beach was easy. Beach not crowded but no chairs to rent but host provided beach towels. Walk to grand anse beach was 45 minutes and shorter if you hop on local bus for 1us dollar. Mini markets and restaurants within walking distance. Large kitchen and common area. We ate our meals and spent our evenings on the large covered deck. Recommend this property."

"This place is unique. It’s the only thing like it on the best beach in Carriacou. Local folks are welcoming and it’s easy to walk or bus to anything you want, but there’s also little reason to go far except to explore. It was perfect for us."

"The property appears to be a typical grenada home, perched on a hill. It is within walking distance of the Spice Island Marine Services boatyard where we were comissioning the boat. Best however to have a car rented, as the location is close to the number 1 bus but up a long hill. We were hoping to extent 10 days but the place was booked on the requested extension dates. "I needed to find another apartment. The property was not as advertised. There were cracks on the stairs. There was a smell of urine in the bathroom. There were debris on the side of the property. We couldn’t use the microwave because it smokes when in use, the refrigerator was cool and not cold. There laundry hanging in the laundry room"
