The 37sqm apartment was freshly renovated in 2022 and designed with a special focus on sustainability. The studio is the perfect retreat for couples seeking the beauty of nature and modern comfort. The spacious Swiss stone pine bed exudes the special scent of Swiss stone pine, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The granite floor also creates positive vibrations that provide energy.
Our love for the environment is also reflected in the power supply: you will notice that no electricity flows without consumption - except, of course, for the fridge, which always provides for your delicacies. The kitchenette with dishwasher, oven with 2 hotplates and fridge-freezer allows you to cook comfortably even on vacation.
Don't miss the view from the balcony, which offers a majestic view of the surrounding mountains - perfect for a cozy breakfast or a romantic evening for two.
Another highlight is the indoor swimming pool - a great opportunity to relax at any time of year. Please note: the swimming pool and sauna are shared by all guests of the house.
We look forward to welcoming you and offering you an unforgettable stay. The apartment includes an outdoor parking space, which is located directly in front of the house. Further parking spaces can be rented on request. There is also a laundry room in the house with washing machines and dryers. There is enough space to hang up your laundry.

- The swimming pool and sauna are closed for a few weeks every year in April/May for maintenance work. If your stay falls within this period, please ask us for the exact times.

Excursion possibilities: What mountains. What lakes. What light! Whether on the 580km (360 miles) of hiking paths strewn over all the mountains or by mountain bike along 400km (250 miles) of fabulous trails: the Upper Engadin offers a superb network of paths and trails amidst an unspoilt Alpine landscape and the inspiring lake plateau. Four flow trails on the Corviglia guarantee a perfect flow. Equally popular among sports enthusiasts are the Upper Engadin lakes; kiting, sailing, windsurfing, stand up paddling – the possibilities are virtually endless. The expanse of the inspiring high-lying valley can be experienced in a particularly striking way on the two 18-hole golf courses in Samedan and Zuoz. And besides the wide range of sporting options, visitors can take advantage of the first-class cultural activities on offer, such as a visit to a museum or to one of the numerous art galleries in the various villages.
In winter, the ski areas of Corviglia, Corvatsch, Diavolezza and family friendly Zuoz invite ski and snowboard enthusiasts to revel in 350 kilometres (218 miles) of the finest powder snow. Cross-country skiers will find over 220km (137 miles) of perfectly groomed trails in the Upper Engadin and the side valleys. The winter hiking paths and cross-country ski trails on the frozen Upper Engadin lakes are characterised by their light, sunshine and space amidst inspiring Alpine scenery. Those who would like to enjoy the tranquillity and beauty of the snow-covered forests can explore the side valleys of Val Roseg, Val Fex or Val Bever on 150 kilometres (90 miles) of winter hiking paths. Visitors who prefer to have everything in view, meanwhile, will delight in the breathtaking vistas on the panorama hiking trails high above the lakes on Muottas Muragl.
Families can bask in the Engadin sun during a ride in a horse-drawn carriage into the Val Roseg or Val Fex, or race down the mountainside into the valley on the winding, 4.2km (2.6 mile) long toboggan run on Muottas Muragl.
