Fantastisk hotel - fuldt fortjent med 5*
Fantastisk hotel. Fantastisk personale - utroligt hjælpsomme. Selve værelset er fantastisk - badeværelset er et eventyr for sig. Der mangler intet.
Når man kommer tilbage efter en tur i byen - er alt i værelset gjort klart til natten.
Dejlig oplevelse - og deres morgenbuffet er lige så fantastisk.
Jeg kommer helt sikkert igen - så snart jeg får muligheden

Air conditioning wasn't available, so had to leave windows open at night. A little noise as a result. If it was any hotter, could have become a big problem. Room was spacious and enjoyable. Breakfast buffet was outstanding. Spa area was outstanding, including the five suana options. Primarily ate in the bar versus sitting down for dinner, liked eating in the bar lounge.

The service at the hotel was excellent. The staff made us feel very welcoming. The team at breakfast were superb. We have cancelled one day in Urich and extended in Kempinski for this reason. Hope to come back soon

don't like - *tough walk for skiers to the lift. a property like this should make arrangements to transports skiers to lifts. I had blisters on my knees by the end of my stay.

Stay at St. Moritz Kempinski
A beautiful hotel with excellent facilities including a beautiful pool and spa. It is a short distance from town in a quiet area with nice walks to the lakes. The staff are very friendly and proactive. The room is large and very comfortable. The breakfast is amazing with wide selection of food and comes with complementary cook to order entrees.
A nice surprise that our room rate comes with a free local travel pass which gives access to all local rides and mountain access. The concerige staff are very friendly and knowledgeable.

Marvelous hotel!
Our stay was excellent - the service was impeccable, the location was superb, the food was exquisite, and the spa was enchanting - everything you’d want from a 5 star ski hotel. The only area for improvement we found was the disagreeable mattress. Nevertheless, the experience was cherishable and it would be a pleasure to return.

Bonjour, on est venu en famille pour skier. L'hôtel est magnifique, les chambres confortables et bien isolées.
La piscine est le SPA sont très bien aussi.
Tout l'équipe est au top et très sympa. Les animaux sont accepté.
On a hésité car l'hôtel n'est pas sur les pistes.
Pour skier il faut marcher 300 mètres ou prendre la navette de l'hôtel. ça c'est très bien passé donc on espère retourner l'hiver prochain :)
