We even extended for an additional night. The communication with the management was very prompt and professional. So happy I got to experience Baltimore in this way. Da vi kom frem havde de lejet hele restauranten ud til et selskab så der var ikke adgang for hotellets gæster. De kunne heller ikke tilbyde roomservice eller være behjælpelig på nogen måde. We worked with Krystal several times as she gave us directions, updated our reservation for late check-out and found restaurant menus for our convenience.

Good and clean room. Both lobby bar and dinner restaurant are OK when needed, but there are better options outside the hotel. Effective check in and check out. If a swimming pool is important, this is not the place, they have a pool, but very small and not something to go for"

It served its purpose for us. We arrived on property, paid the valet fees and didnt drive again until we left. We walked to the bay, which was about a 20 minute walk and walked to the game. It was the easiest professional game we have ever been to regarding parking/driving. "
