"Overall, the property was clean and tidy, the staff were really friendly and helpful and the food was decent. However, one of the rooms had no working shower and despite reporting it first thing in the morning, it still wasn’t repaired when my dad returned. They did offer to move him to another room, but it was late and he just wanted to get to bed. Also, the beds were really uncomfortable and the pillows were so thin, I had to use all 4 of them. Rooms would benefit from blackout...

"Run by a lovely, very helpful couple who want your stay to be as good as it can be. Provided parking, excellent breakfasts, helpful local knowledge. The room was very clean and was refreshed & restocked each day. Highly recommended."

"This is the 2nd time I’ve stayed here, can’t fault it at all, Rooms clean and cleaned every day, bar and food in pub and pizza place attached very good. I had duck tacos and sweet potato fries twice that’s how good they were. Pizza was also good and very filling. Plenty of car parking, all staff were lovely and helpful."

"The staff were very friendly and very helpful. The entire experience was above what you would expect for a relatively cheap three star hotel."

"Fantastisk hotel med en rolig beliggenhed, store komfortable værelser og god service. "

"Lovely hotel. Great value for money in a lively student area."

"Ok hotel………………,"

"Excellent attentive staff very clean room no faults"

"Room adequate for the 1 night I stayed there. Nice bathroom, looked like it had been fairly recently renovated. Breakfast pretty average. Area quieter than some of the other hotels on Osborne Road. Friendly staff and service. All in all good value for a budget hotel in this area where there is a lot of competition "

"Everything we needed …. Breakfast was great!"

"I did not arrive because of the war in Iran. I am still on my way back from Indonesia. "

"The room was good for what we wanted. Our only issue was that we were not told at check-in that we had to request our room to be cleaned after our 1st night"
